This study deals with an important area in the field of linguistics, namely person deixis.
The study aims at: (1) Describing the notion of deixis, its importance, and its place in the field
of linguistics, (2) Presenting a detailed illustration of person deixis, and (3) Conducting an
analysis of person deixis in one of Synge‟s plays Riders to The Sea according to Levinson‟s
model. The most important aim of these three is the third one (the analysis). To achieve this
aim, the researcher depends on Levinson‟s (1983) descriptive approach. According to the
descriptive approach of deixis, the category of person deixis can be defined as the encoding of
the participant roles in the speech situation. This encoding is represented by the use of
pronouns and vocative forms. After conducting the analysis of the literary text, the researcher
will find the frequency of occurrences of the category of person deixis in the whole text.
The first chapter included the frame approach on research in which we discuss instigation in Iraqi drama as it as an active sign to enrich the structure of the speech so the researcher limits the problem of his research which is to follow the important of instigation in the Iraqi theatrical discourse. this chapter also contains the important of the research and its aim and limits. This research aims to identify the factors effecting the investigation of insurance fraud from the perspective of the National Insurance Company employees, by analyzing the study variables and make recommendations on how to enhance the company and employees performance, and to achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses a questionnaire was designed after referring to the international standards and the 1969 Iraqi punishment law, and it was answered by 20 employees that were approved for the purposes of this research and analysis.
The study found that lack of employee training was a strong factor, while the supervisory staff and operational procedures was a weak one.

In this paper, the speed control of the real DC motor is experimentally investigated using nonlinear PID neural network controller. As a simple and fast tuning algorithm, two optimization techniques are used; trial and error method and particle swarm optimization PSO algorithm in order to tune the nonlinear PID neural controller's parameters and to find best speed response of the DC motor. To save time in the real system, a Matlab simulation package is used to carry out these algorithms to tune and find the best values of the nonlinear PID parameters.
