The problem of slow learning in primary schools’ pupils is not a local or private one. It is also not related to a certain society other than others or has any relation to a particular culture, it is rather an international problem of global nature. It is one of the well-recognized issues in education field. Additionally, it is regarded as one of the old difficulties to which ancient people gave attention. It is discovered through the process of observing human behaviour and attempting to explain and predict it.
Through the work of the two researchers via frequent visits to primary schools that include special classes for slow learning pupils, in addition to the fact that one of the researcher has a child with slow learning issue, the researcher realized that there is a large number of pupils who suffer slow learning difficulty. The researchers carried out anexploratory experiment on over 20 teachers of special education, concluding that there is about 80% of slow learning pupils suffer from thinking skills deficiency.
The concept of thinking skills as pointed out by Debono (2003) is that they are mental skills that can be improved through exercise and learning. That can be done through preparing situations and creating a suitable system. That should lead to the acquisition og the knowledge and information on the part of the learner. This is supposed to lead the learner to the search for further knowledge of deeper nature, creating good learning. The concept of slow learning, on the other hand, is the child who suffer from a simple retardation qualification or a child of normal brain abilities, but for a certain reason takes a longer time in learning in comparison to his/her peers.
The current study aims at identifying thinking skills for fourth primary grade pupils. The study is limited to the number of 150 pupils of fourth primary grade who suffer from slow learning of male gender only. The researcher prepared a test to measure thinking skills for those pupils.
According to the results of the study the researcher reached a number of conclusions and suggestions.

In this research, a model of hydro cracking reactor has been used to study the behavior of heavy oil in hydro cracking under the conditions recommended by literature in terms lumping of feed and products. The lumping scheme is based on five lumps include: heavy oil, vacuum oil, distillates, naphtha and gases. The first order kinetics was assumed for the conversion in the model and the system is modeled as an isothermal tubular reactor. MATLAB 6.1 was used to solve the model for a five lump scheme for different values of feed velocity, and temperature.
This study aimed to determine obesity level of some population in Baghdad by using Bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) and compared with anthropometric measurements such as body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR). Statistical analysis results of linear correlation coefficients for obesity indicators showed that BIA correlation 0.92 was most significant and reliable for obesity measurement.

The Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is frequently used in pavement engineering
for road pavement inspection. The main objective of this work is to validate
nondestructive, quick and powerful measurements using GPR for assessment of subgrade
and asphalt /concrete conditions. In the present study, two different antennas
(250, 500 MHz) were used. The case studies are presented was carried in University
of Baghdad over about 100m of paved road. After data acquisition and radar grams
collection, they have been processed using RadExplorer V1.4 software
implementing different filters with the most effective ones (time zero adjustment and
DC removal) in addition to other interpretation tool parameters.

The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community.
