The Child is the first sedum for the human society performing, and we deal in our
research to explain the nature of the mutual relations in between the form and the medicine
social caring foundation. So the motherhood and the childhood nowadays become the most
dedicated in the researchers works, whom interesting in the social affairs, and that whom
work in the medicine field as scientists.
So the child is the future man and must be in wright body construction that need to great
care and interest to make him wright mind through capability of performing anything support
to him.
In our research we deal with the main factors in which lead to infect the child by the
creative malfunction, like the environmental and many other things, it should statistic in
recent research. So our research represent the field study in which interest by the lead reasons
to these malfunctions and other infections that belongs to the children in the preparing
institutes in Baghdad city, in both Al-Karkh and Al-Rusafa, the society sample contain (300)
members from the children whom founded in the state house and in the preparatory institutes.
To achieve the aims of the research and to answer to their inquiries, we select (300)
child whom infected by the creative malfunction from the Social care foundations, to perform
the practical side , the data were collected via the questionnaire form in addition to the simple
notes and interferences and visits to use the statistical forms like the percentage, medium
average, Kia square, and to fulfill the results , the researcher achieved some of theconclusions and that with relations to the statistical leads, between the children of social care
foundation, in both main reasons, further to some recommendations in which required to this
research.

The reduction in the rivers capacity is one the most important issue to give the decision maker an idea during the flood season. The study area included the rivers of the Al Atshan, Al Sabeel and Euphrates, which are surveyed with a length of 21, 5 and 20 km respectively. The Euphrates , the Atshan and Al Sabeel rivers were simulated by using HEC-RAS 5.0.3 software to study the real condition within the city of Assamawa. Background: Friedreich ataxia (FRDA) is the most common form of inherited ataxia, comprising one-half of all hereditary ataxias with a carrier rate between 1 in 60 to 1 in 90 and with a disease prevalence of 1 per 29,000. It can occur in two forms the classic form or in association with a vitamin E dependent ataxia. The precise role of Vitamin E in the nervous system is unknown; An Oxidative attack is suspected to play a role in Ataxia with Vitamin E deficiency, as well as in Friedreich ataxia.
