The Child is the first sedum for the human society performing, and we deal in our
research to explain the nature of the mutual relations in between the form and the medicine
social caring foundation. So the motherhood and the childhood nowadays become the most
dedicated in the researchers works, whom interesting in the social affairs, and that whom
work in the medicine field as scientists.
So the child is the future man and must be in wright body construction that need to great
care and interest to make him wright mind through capability of performing anything support
to him.
In our research we deal with the main factors in which lead to infect the child by the
creative malfunction, like the environmental and many other things, it should statistic in
recent research. So our research represent the field study in which interest by the lead reasons
to these malfunctions and other infections that belongs to the children in the preparing
institutes in Baghdad city, in both Al-Karkh and Al-Rusafa, the society sample contain (300)
members from the children whom founded in the state house and in the preparatory institutes.
To achieve the aims of the research and to answer to their inquiries, we select (300)
child whom infected by the creative malfunction from the Social care foundations, to perform
the practical side , the data were collected via the questionnaire form in addition to the simple
notes and interferences and visits to use the statistical forms like the percentage, medium
average, Kia square, and to fulfill the results , the researcher achieved some of theconclusions and that with relations to the statistical leads, between the children of social care
foundation, in both main reasons, further to some recommendations in which required to this
research.

This study aimed at revealing the degree of availability of standards of word problems in mathematics books for the first three grades of the basic stage in Palestine. For this purpose, the researcher prepared an analysis tool and a list of criteria consisting of two areas: linguistic formulation and mathematical content. Every area had seven items. The results of the study showed that the third-grade mathematics book has the highest degree of availability of the standards with 85.75%, and then came the second-grade mathematics book with 83.12%. Huge number of medical images are generated and needs for more storage capacity and bandwidth for transferring over the networks. Hybrid DWT-DCT compression algorithm is applied to compress the medical images by exploiting the features of both techniques. Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) coding is applied to image YCbCr color model which decompose image bands into four subbands (LL, HL, LH and HH).
