The cross section evaluation for (α,n) reaction was calculated according to the available International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other experimental published data . These cross section are the most recent data , while the well known international libraries like ENDF , JENDL , JEFF , etc. We considered an energy range from threshold to 25 M eV in interval (1 MeV). The average weighted cross sections for all available experimental and theoretical(JENDL) data and for all the considered isotopes was calculated . Albumin is the most abundant protein in blood plasma, serves as a circulating depot for endogenous and exogenous (e.g. drugs) compounds due to its ligand binding properties, this work aim to get information about the binding of Amoxicillin (antibiotics) with albumin, and the influence of the solvent polarity and ionic strength on it by using UV -vis spectrophotometric measurements in phosphate buffer of pH7.4 and three different temperature (290, 300, 310) K.
