supervision to open new schools at the time, in order to inform and educate a new generation
of sons, and the consolidation of national values in them, and of patriotism and rejection of
colonialism, and therefore the country's dependence on his children and not on the intruders
from the colonial powers.
Intellectual productions also reflected the qualities and national goals, stressing the
cultural marks on the Islamic religion and its impact on social urbanization and urbanization
of all Arab societies menu.
We could say, that Ali AL- Bazerkan have left a mark and clear, and a large footprint
in Iraq's modern history, to tender his successor from wealthy, and national positions and
authentic indicated the originality manners and sense of national higher.

The aim of this work is to learn the relationship of the stability of (β) emitter isobars with their shape for some isobaric elements with even mass number (A=152 - 162). To reach this goal firstly the most stable isobar have been determined by plotting mass parabola (plotting the binding energy (B.E) as a function of the atomic number (Z)) for each isobaric family. We analyzed hydrochemical parameters such as pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids presence of ions to describe groundwater quality. The study area has the only confined aquifer within the geological formation extended in area.
