This was evident during his participation and his supervisor in 1920 liberal revolution
against the British occupation, and urged the need for adherence to the principles of
independence, and the emphasis on the national cause.
Patriotism and principles were evident, through his strong interest and direct
supervision to open new schools at the time, in order to inform and educate a new generation
of sons, and the consolidation of national values in them, and of patriotism and rejection of
colonialism, and therefore the country's dependence on his children and not on the intruders
from the colonial powers.
Intellectual productions also reflected the qualities and national goals, stressing the
cultural marks on the Islamic religion and its impact on social urbanization and urbanization
of all Arab societies menu.
We could say, that Ali AL- Bazerkan have left a mark and clear, and a large footprint
in Iraq's modern history, to tender his successor from wealthy, and national positions and
authentic indicated the originality manners and sense of national higher.
The present research tackles a number of historical facts and incidents with a purely legal dimension in an important stage in the contemporary history of Iraq, especially the era of the British occupation. This resulted in innumerable social, political and legal problems, particularily the judicial legislation problems in Iraq. An experimental study is carried out on the effect of vortex generators (Circular and square) on the flow and heat transfer at variable locations at (X = 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 cm) ahead of a heat exchanger with Reynolds number ranging from 62000< Re < 125000 and heat flux from 3000 ≤ q ≤ 8000 W/m2 .
