This was evident during his participation and his supervisor in 1920 liberal revolution
against the British occupation, and urged the need for adherence to the principles of
independence, and the emphasis on the national cause.
Patriotism and principles were evident, through his strong interest and direct
supervision to open new schools at the time, in order to inform and educate a new generation
of sons, and the consolidation of national values in them, and of patriotism and rejection of
colonialism, and therefore the country's dependence on his children and not on the intruders
from the colonial powers.
Intellectual productions also reflected the qualities and national goals, stressing the
cultural marks on the Islamic religion and its impact on social urbanization and urbanization
of all Arab societies menu.
We could say, that Ali AL- Bazerkan have left a mark and clear, and a large footprint
in Iraq's modern history, to tender his successor from wealthy, and national positions and
authentic indicated the originality manners and sense of national higher.
In this paper we use the Markov Switching model to investigate the link between the level of Iraqi inflation and its uncertainty; forth period 1980-2010 we measure inflation uncertainty as the variance of unanticipated inflation. Seasonal variations of the species composition and abundance of Cladocera were studied in two stations at the end of the Tigris River and one station at the confluence of the Tigris with Euphrates area, at the beginning of the Shatt Al-Arab River in Al-Qurnah North of Basrah Province, from October 2015 to August 2016. Samples of zooplankton were collected by plankton net 100-µm. mesh size. The population density of Cladocera ranged between 1 Ind /m³ during summer and 211 Ind./m³ during winter at station 1 (Al-Jewaber Bridge). This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model. The results showed the significance of the effects of both direct & indirect taxes policies on domestic as a simple correlation coefficient ( r ) of ( 0.6 ) , ( 0.64 ) respectively.
