Patriotism and principles were evident, through his strong interest and direct
supervision to open new schools at the time, in order to inform and educate a new generation
of sons, and the consolidation of national values in them, and of patriotism and rejection of
colonialism, and therefore the country's dependence on his children and not on the intruders
from the colonial powers.
Intellectual productions also reflected the qualities and national goals, stressing the
cultural marks on the Islamic religion and its impact on social urbanization and urbanization
of all Arab societies menu.
We could say, that Ali AL- Bazerkan have left a mark and clear, and a large footprint
in Iraq's modern history, to tender his successor from wealthy, and national positions and
authentic indicated the originality manners and sense of national higher.

This study aims to assess the removal efficiency andestablish the BOD5 and COD statisticalcorrelation of the sewage flowing in Al-Diwaniyah wastewater treatment plant in Iraq during the study period (2005-2016). The strength of the influent wastewater entering the plant varied from medium to high in strength. High concentrations of BOD5 and COD in the effluent were obtained due to the poor performance of the plant. This was observed from the BOD5 /COD ratios that did not confirm with the typical ratios for the treated sewage. In phytotoxicity test, the plant of Iresine herbstii was exposed to remove nickel from simulated wastewater using two different ratios (mass of plant to the mass of nickel) (,Rp/Ni) for 21 days with sub-surface batch system. Six sampling sites were selected; two on the Tharthar Arm and four sites along the Tigris River, one before the confluence as a control site and the others downstream the confluence; thirty-five copepod taxa were recorded, 34 taxa in the Tigris River and 25 taxa in the Tharthar Arm.
