the clinical teaching courses so far did not take the required attention and unfortunately because on granted that all doctors are expert in it without attention on directions ,for that reason we think that all clinical teaching is the most neglected part of medical teaching and for this reason it is found that there are many deficit in it and it is worsening that ward round were haphazard and taking excitement in many aspects.for this reason more than attention is needed to construct more effective clinical courses and teachers have to be trained on it.As it has been noticed that this needs more research and we should check the following :

Total of 46 isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae were collected from patients attending (Al-Yarmook Hospital and Education Labs / medical city), and isolates were re-identified, depending on morphology and biochemical tests . Disk diffusion method was employed to determine antibiotic susceptibility of forty six isolates by using eleven antibiotics .The results revealed the sensitivity of six isolates (9.3%) to Imipenem and Meropenem . On the other hand the isolates were showed 23.9% resistant against Ciprofloxacin, while some isolates shown higher resistant against several antimicrobial agents such as 65.2%, 69.0% for Amikacin and Cefepime consequently , 71.1%, 71.7 % for Amoxicillin -Clauvulanic acid and Gentamicin and 82.6% against Pipera

Atotal of 75 different clinical samples were collected from different hospitals in Baghdad Biochemical and morphological characterization tests showed that forty isolates were identified as Staphylococcus aureus Antibiotic susceptibility tests of all isolates towards ten antibiotics were carried out and results showed that many isolates (97.5 %) were resistant to ?-lactam antibiotic , 70 % were resistant to Tetracyclinee , 62.5% were resistant to co-trimoxazole , 60 % were resistant to ciprofloxacin , 55% were resistant both of chloramphenicol and erythromycin , 52.5% were resistant to gentamicin , 35% were resistant to rifampicin , 10% were resistant to vancomycin . Four hundred and seventy eight gravity base stations in Iraq were used to obtain a new local theoretical gravity equation. The obtained equation was used to construct a Bouguer anomaly map of Iraq depending on the available gravity base stations. This map was compared with the Bouguer map constructed for the same stations using the international formula (1930). Good similarity in shapes and locations of the anomaly were observed, while the   gravity anomaly values in the new map were increased by about 30 mGal.
