Coupling reaction of 2-amino benzoic acid with the 8-hydroxy quinoline gave the azo ligand (H2L): 5-(2-benzoic acid azo )-8-hydroxy quinoline.Treatment of this ligand with some metal ions (CoII, NiII and CuII ) in ethanolic medium with a (1:2) (M:L) ratio yielded a series of neutral complexes with general Formula[M(HL)2],where: M=Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II), HL=anion azo ligand (-1).The prepared complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption,FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic methods as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements.

New 1,3-oxazol-5(4H)-one(3) was synthesized by cyclization of[(4-Methyl phenyl-carbonyl)amino]acetic acid (2). The starting materials were readily obtained by acylation of 2-amino acetic acid (Glycine) with 4-methyl phenyl chloride .Imidazole(4) was synthesized by reaction of compound (3) with hydrazine hydrate (99%). organisms belonging to the genus Brucella. Immune recognition of bacterial
infection may contribute to cytokine, as well as antibody production that are
characteristic of innate and adaptive responses. In this study, the presence of
attenuated live Brucella melitenses Rev1 bacteria or its DNA induced the immune
system to produce IFN-γ and anti-ds DNA antibody. In respect to IFN-γ released,
the B. melitensis Rev 1 attenuated live vaccine was able to stimulate the immune

Obesity is a risk factor associated with age-related disorders that accelerate aging, and it increases the risk of metabolic diseases. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the association of leukocyte telomere length (LTL) with the presence of higher body weight in middle-aged females and males. The study subjects comprised 160 (80 control and 80 higher body mass index BMI groups) with ranging ages of 30-50 years included and stratified for BMI.
