This study aimed to explain the relationship between hyperthyroidism and asthma by indicating the effect of thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) on leptin and IgE levels.To determine whether T3 and T4 alters serum leptin and IgE levels, twenty newly diagnosis hyperthyroidism patients,twenty asthma patients, ten asthma with hyperthyroidism patients and ten (healthy) as a control were studied. Serum samples were collected to measure the leptin and IgE levels in addition to T3,T4 and TSH Levels. Aspergillus flavus was tested for its ability to degrade naphthalene by using solid mineral salts medium (SMS) with different concentrations 100, 300, 500 ppm of naphthalene. Various types of heterocyclic seven membered rings were prepared from the reaction of 2,3Pyridine caroboxylic anhydride with Schiff bases (which was prepared using different Aldehydes with amines [H1-H10] and seven membered rings were prepared (derivatives of 7,8-dihydropyrido[2,3e][1,3]oxazepine-5,9-dione, and the presence of Aceton. [A1-A10].         Melting points of the compounds were measured. The prepared compounds were diagnosed spectrally by using UV-Visible and Infrared spectroscopy, and (1H-NMR) Spectrum for some compounds. Background: Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a well-recognized cause of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.Objectives: To evaluate the prognostic implications of the restrictive left ventricular filling pattern (RFP) in dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods: Patients with DCM admitted to Ibn AL-Bitar Hospital for Cardiac Surgery, Baghdad-Iraq, from May 2006 to August 2008, underwent a full clinical evaluation and Doppler echocardiography study. Patients were classified into three groups: Group I had persistent restrictive filling pattern; Group II had reversible restrictive filling pattern; and Group III had nonrestrictive filling pattern. Results: The current study was conducted on a total number of 80 patients with DCM, fifty (62.5 %) were
