This research was designed to study the effect of water and alcoholic crude extracts of Calvatia craniiformis in vitro and in vivo On the other hand this study tested the toxic effect of both extracts in normal laboratory mice. The results showed that water and alcoholic extracts relatively have an acute toxic effect in mice in respect to LD50 (85 mg/kg, and 177mg/kg respectively). However the chronic toxicity of water extract at three different concentration (50, 75, 100 mg/kg) and alcoholic extract at concentrations of (100, 150, 200 mg/kg) was investigated in normal mice by (I.P) administration for 30 days alternatively and one drag in 48 hours . In the light of the globalization Which surrounds the business environment and whose impact has been reflected on industrial economic units  the whole world has become a single market that affects its variables on all units and is affected by the economic contribution of each economic unit as much as its share. The problem of this research is that the use of Pareto analysis enables industrial economic units to diagnose the risks surrounding them , so the main objective of the research was to classify risks into both internal and external types and identify any risks that require more attention.

The research was based on the hypothesis that Pareto analysis used, risks can be identified and addressed before they occur.

                The research aims to highlight the role played by the target costing technique as an administrative technique that is compatible with the rapid developments and changes in the external environment, with the information and scientific foundations it provides in the allocation of indirect costs and the accuracy in measuring the cost from the start of the project planning process up to the production process and indicating the extent of its impact on decisions Pricing in a way that contributes to the rationalization of pricing decisions in economic units in the light of intense competition and the multiplicity of alternatives.

Permeability determination in Carbonate reservoir is a complex problem, due to their capability to be tight and heterogeneous, also core samples are usually only available for few wells therefore predicting permeability with low cost and reliable accuracy is an important issue, for this reason permeability predictive models become very desirable.

   This paper will try to develop the permeability predictive model for one of  Iraqi carbonate reservoir from core and well log data using the principle of Hydraulic Flow Units (HFUs). HFU is a function of Flow Zone Indicator (FZI) which is a good parameter to determine (HFUs).
