Background: The access cavity is a critical stage in root canal therapy and it may influence the subsequent steps of the treatment. The new minimally invasive endodontic access cavity preparation concept aims to preserve sound tooth structure by conserving as much intact dentine as possible including the pulp chamber's roof, to keep the teeth from fracturing during and after endodontic treatment. While there is great interest in such access opening designs in numerous publications, still there is a lack of scientific evidence to support the application of such modern access cavity designs in clinical practice. This review aims to critically examine the literature on minimal access cavity preparations, explain the effect of minimally invasive access cavity designs on various aspects of root canal treatment, and identify areas where additional research is required. Data: An electronic search for English-language articles was performed using the following databases: Google Scholar, PubMed, and Research Gate. The following keywords were used: "minimally invasive access cavity", "conservative endodontic cavity ", and "classification of access cavity". Study selection: 64 papers that were the most relevant to the topics in this review were selected between 1969 to 26 February 2022. Conclusions: Minimally invasive access cavities can be classified into conservative, ultraconservative, truss access, caries and restorative-driven cavities. There is a deficiency of proof that a minimally invasive access cavity maintains the resistance to fracture of endodontically treated teeth greater than traditional access cavities. There was no difference in the percentage of untouched walls and debris removal in teeth with conservative vs traditional access cavities, however, truss and ultraconservative access cavities resulted in poor irrigation efficacy compared to traditional ones. Also, the lower cyclic fatigue resistance of rotary instruments and root canal obturation with voids were associated with minimally invasive access cavities. The studies about minimally invasive access cavities still have a wide range of methodological disadvantages or register unsatisfactory or inconclusive results. Therefore, further research on this topic is needed especially with the everyday advancement of techniques and armamentarium used in endodontics.
Objectives: ٨ descriptive study has been conducted in the premature baby unit in Al-Khansaa' and Al-Batool
hospitals for maternity and children in Mosul city to assess knowledge and practice of the nursing staff in the
caring of premature infants. A descriptive study has been conducted in the premature baby unit in Al-Khansaa'
and Al-Batool hospitals for maternity and children in Mosul city to assess knowledge and practice of the nursing
staff in the caring of premature infants.
Methodology: the data were collected by using knowledge assessment and practice measurement tool.
Results: the results of the study show that high percentages (about 40%) of the staff who work in the premature
baby units are of the young age

This study examines the transformation of political slogans, clichés, and stereotypes in Russia and Iraq during periods of political regime change in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. The main objective of the work is to identify and comparatively analyze the linguistic and cultural changes that accompanied political transformations in both countries. The research is based on theoretical concepts of political myth, framing, and critical discourse analysis. The research methodology includes content analysis of political texts, comparative analysis of linguistic transformations, and analysis of statistical data on cultural consumption. The main hypothesis is that, despite the presence of common trends in linguistic and cultural

The Umayyad era is characterized by the diversity of the subjects and their multiplicity in the literary phenomena. These phenomena are singing phenomena, although they were known in previous eras, they took a distinctive form in the era.
In this light, the researcher tried to prove that singing theory in the Umayyad period was characterized by development and renewal. The research was entitled (evolution and renewal in the theory of singing in the Umayyad era).
Objective: To identify feeding problems of children with congenital heart disease.
Methodology: Non probability (purposive) sample of (65) were selected of 225 children who visit Al Nasiriya
heart center during the period of conducting the pilot study, previously diagnosed with congenital heart
disease.
Results: The study results indicated that children with congenital heart disease have feeding difficulties, low
birth weight , repeated diarrhea , more than half of the sample taking medication for heart disease which cause
repeated vomiting, difficulty taking liquids and refusal of feeding or eating.(64.6%) of study sample suffered
from wasting. (78.5%) suffered from stunting. Almost half of the study sample suffered
Developing countries have depended since long time on the developed countries to increase the levels of development and improving rates of growth direction to the best way where taking this dependence many shapes influenced by the evolution form of international relations and this dependence shows how the great deficiencies in sources of local financing, which called developing countries to increase their reliance on external funding sources, represented in the form of grants, subsidies, loans and foreign investment, pursuing States in that the application of economic reform policies in pursuit of faster economic growth and restructure its economy and achieve economic stability. It has been noted that financial crises have a direct impact on the construction industry. The Iraqi government, whether locally or globally, has faced a severe shortage of financing which has resulted in incomplete projects. Due to the financial crisis that Iraq went through which led to the suspension of many residential complex projects and the difficulty of the use of public financing methods, we researched the private financing (public-private partnership) methods instead of public financing methods in residential complex projects implementation. This study verified the financial problems and the factors that relate to th
