Abstract: The world witnessed the speed of a dangereuse virus now as Corona or Covid 19, which left many deaths in light of the inability of local and international Heath agencies to find a suitable vaccine to eliminate it and limit its spread, which negatively affected humain life in its various fields, and remains adopting healthy behaviors and habits A healthy Heath is the best solution to face the spread of the epidemic until realistic solutions that eliminate the virus are found.

This study was designed for isolation and molecular identification of Nontuberculous Mycobacterium (NTM) from fish during the period between October and December 2017 from Karbla province, Iraq. This study included 200 fresh fish samples from four different species including Spondyliosoma cantharus, Liza abu, Carassius carassius and Cyprinuscarpio. The aim of this research is to estimate the parameters of the linear regression model with errors following ARFIMA model by using wavelet method depending on maximum likelihood and approaching general least square as well as ordinary least square. We use the estimators in practical application on real data, which were the monthly data of Inflation and Dollar exchange rate obtained from the (CSO) Central Statistical organization for the period from 1/2005 to 12/2015. The results proved that (WML) was the most reliable and efficient from the other estimators, also the results provide that the changing of fractional difference parameter (d) doesn’t effect on the results.
