Background: Tooth extraction is one of the most commonly performed procedures in dentistry. It is usually a traumatic process often resulting in immediate destruction and loss of alveolar bone and surrounding soft tissues. Various instruments have been described to perform atraumatic extractions which can prevent damage to the paradental structures. The physics forceps is one of those innovations in dental extraction technologies that claim to provide an efficient means for atraumatic dental extractions. Materials and method: A randomized clinical trial was conducted to compare the physics forceps with the conventional forceps for the removal of 28 mandibular single rooted teeth under the following parameters: incidence of crown, root, buccal alveolar bone fracture, the incidence of gingival tear and time needed for extraction. The samples were assigned randomly into two groups according to the computer based randomization software, into a control group (A) and study group (B). The control group was subjected to the surgical extraction procedure using the conventional forceps while the study group was subjected to the surgical extraction procedure using the physics forceps. Results: results showed that the time required for extraction using the physics forceps was (mean 0.385 min.), which was significantly lesser as compared with that of conventional forceps (mean 3.971 min.) (P=0.011), buccal bone fracture occurred in 4 out of 14 cases (28.57%) using the conventional forceps while it did not occur with the use of the physics forceps (0.00%), crown fracture occurred in 3 cases using the conventional forceps (21.43%), while it did not occur with the use of the physics forceps (0.00%), root fracture occurred in 1 case using the physics forceps (3.57%), while it did not occur with the use of the conventional forceps (0.00%). As for the gingival tear, it occurred in 7 cases using the conventional forceps (50.00%), while it did not occur with the use of the physics forceps (0.00%) which was highly significant (P=0.006). Conclusions: the use of physics forceps maintains the integrity of gingiva and surrounding periodontium. So extractions using physics forceps are less invasive over conventional forceps and can be considered as a reliable method for extraction requiring significantly less comparative intraoperative time.
Multilevel models are among the most important models widely used in the application and analysis of data that are characterized by the fact that observations take a hierarchical form, In our research we examined the multilevel logistic regression model (intercept random and slope random model) , here the importance of the research highlights that the usual regression models calculate the total variance of the model and its inability to read variance and variations between levels ,however in the case of multi-level regression models, the calculation of the total variance is inaccurate and therefore these models calculate the variations for each level of the model, Where the research aims to estimate the parameters of this m

An antibiotic formulation may contain one or more active components, depending on the antibiotic’s type and formulation. Antibiotics act exclusively against bacterial diseases and are ineffective against viral infections such as the common cold and influenza. The purpose of this review is to analyze the existing literature on the determination of antibiotics and to present the methods used for estimating specific antibiotics, including cephalexin, cloxacillin, piperacillin, nafcillin, and cefamandole, in medicinal preparations and biological fluids, such as blood and urine, from humans and animals. Google earth (pro.), and the other applications of GPS mobile ( Samsung and I-phone). In this research (8 points) were chosen that are occasional in location. The comparison of the different observations can give us an idea of the extent to which the accuracy of the observations differs from the different devices used in the observing, as well as through the knowledge of the best device and the best way to measure coordinates accurately t

It causes acute upper and lower respiratory infections. Objective: This study was aimed to measure anti- M. pneumoniae antibodies among hospitalized children who were admitted to hospital diagnosed with acute respiratory tract infections.Method: Automated ELISA technique was performed to detect anti- M. pneumoniae antibodies (IgM and IgG antibodies) in serum from 108 children less than 5 years old. The children were admitted to the Pediatric Teaching Hospital in Suleimani city/Kurdistan Region/Iraq because of acute respiratory tract infections. A questionnaire was designed to collect demographic and clinical data fr

Become attention to quality is a global phenomenon, and I took organizations and governments around the world attaches special attention, but we can say that quality has become the first function for many organizations, and has become a management philosophy
The objective of this study is to ascertain the pivotal role of headlines in captivating viewers' attention toward news bulletins. Additionally, it aims to explore the factors that contribute to the correlation between headlines and the public's acceptance or rejection of the meticulously crafted news articles presented through these bulletins. The study delves into the mechanisms employed in writing and editing headlines, focusing on their style, expert composition, and intriguing nature. These factors inevitably influence the level of acceptance and engagement of the viewership with the news articles disseminated via the news bulletins. Employing a descriptive methodology, the researcher distributed 200 question

The chemical analysis was done on the slag using X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, and atomic absorption spectroscopy. This work consisted of two parts: the first was an extensive study of the effect of variables that can affect the leaching process rate for Mn element from slag (reaction time, nitric acid concentration, solid to liquid ratio, and stirring speed), and the second part evaluates the extraction of Mn element from leached solution. The results showed the possibility of leaching 83.5 % of Mn element from the slag at a temperature of 25°C, nitric acid co
