Background: Tooth extraction is one of the most commonly performed procedures in dentistry. It is usually a traumatic process often resulting in immediate destruction and loss of alveolar bone and surrounding soft tissues. Various instruments have been described to perform atraumatic extractions which can prevent damage to the paradental structures. The physics forceps is one of those innovations in dental extraction technologies that claim to provide an efficient means for atraumatic dental extractions. Materials and method: A randomized clinical trial was conducted to compare the physics forceps with the conventional forceps for the removal of 28 mandibular single rooted teeth under the following parameters: incidence of crown, root, buccal alveolar bone fracture, the incidence of gingival tear and time needed for extraction. The samples were assigned randomly into two groups according to the computer based randomization software, into a control group (A) and study group (B). The control group was subjected to the surgical extraction procedure using the conventional forceps while the study group was subjected to the surgical extraction procedure using the physics forceps. Results: results showed that the time required for extraction using the physics forceps was (mean 0.385 min.), which was significantly lesser as compared with that of conventional forceps (mean 3.971 min.) (P=0.011), buccal bone fracture occurred in 4 out of 14 cases (28.57%) using the conventional forceps while it did not occur with the use of the physics forceps (0.00%), crown fracture occurred in 3 cases using the conventional forceps (21.43%), while it did not occur with the use of the physics forceps (0.00%), root fracture occurred in 1 case using the physics forceps (3.57%), while it did not occur with the use of the conventional forceps (0.00%). As for the gingival tear, it occurred in 7 cases using the conventional forceps (50.00%), while it did not occur with the use of the physics forceps (0.00%) which was highly significant (P=0.006). Conclusions: the use of physics forceps maintains the integrity of gingiva and surrounding periodontium. So extractions using physics forceps are less invasive over conventional forceps and can be considered as a reliable method for extraction requiring significantly less comparative intraoperative time.
In the age of information and communication revolution, education as one of life aspects has influenced with that revolution by integrating technology in education, which have become as an important learning tools of the whole educational process . Technology, when used appropriately, can help make science classroom a site of active learning and critical thinking, furthering student inquiry and connections with different materials. It is necessary to develop human rights education programs and materials for discretionary and extracurricular activities as it provide them with the skills and tools so that they are empowered to take action to realize their rights. Human rights education is a critical means of instilling the knowledge، skil

While the inhibition of the aqueous extract bacteria (Streptococcus, Shigelladysenteria) in higher alcoholic extract. However, the bacteria (Klebseillapneumoniae) did not shown any inhibition zone for both aqueous and alcoholic extracts. From the above results,“ it is concluded the antibacterial properties of Clerodendrum against life threatening pathogens”. So,

Two solvent systems were used for the extraction namely; Ethanol-water and Hexane-Toluene systems . The effect of circulation rate, solvent concentration, and solvent volume to solid weight ratio were studied. In both ethanol water, and Hexane-Toluene systems it appears that solvent concentration is the most effective variable.

Atopic dermatitis (atopic eczema), is a common familial chronic inflammatory skin disease, determined by xerosis, itching, scaly and erythematous skin lesions, and high serum levels of IgE. Between 10 to 20% of children and 1 to 3% of adults worldwide affected by it and has negative medical and social effect on patients and their families. To evaluate the effectiveness of Phytosterol Fraction of Chenopodium Murale on induced atopic dermatitis (AD) of mice; Forty mice were included in the study, divided in to four groups (10 mice/group): apparently healthy, induced AD without treatment, induced AD treated with Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment, and induced AD treated with Phytosterol Fraction of Chenopodium Murale cream 3% topica

This study was conducted on 51 newly diagnosed CLL patients based on lymphocyte count > 5×109/L and immunophenotyping. The expression of CD49d, and CD26 were investigated using eight-color flow cytometer. The expression of CD49d and CD26 were detected in 56.9 %, 68.8 % of CLL patients, respectively. The correlation between CD49d expression and CD26 expression was statistically significant (p < 0.001) with high concordance rate between them. The positive expression of both CD49d and CD26 had statistically significant association with clinical Binet staging (p < 0.001,

To automate and optimize these procedures, AI algorithms such as character recognition, facial recognition, predictive algorithms and automatic data processing can be implemented. The proposed method is to use the R-CNN object detection model to detect passport objects in real-time images collected by passport control cameras. This paper describes the step-by-step process of the proposed approach, which includes pre-processing, training and testing the R-CNN model, integrating it into the passport control system, and evaluating its accuracy and speed for efficient passenger flow

A randomized controlled study was designed, it included 26 patients who received 54 dental implants randomly assigned to 2 groups; in the control group, implants were installed after conventional preparation with drills whereas the study group received implants after mixed conventional/piezosurgery preparation. The outcome variables included: implant stability measured immediately after implant insertion, at 8 weeks and 16 weeks postoperatively, insertion torque and preparation time. All
