The GPS navigation measurements become more widely used in many civilian and scientific application. All GPS navigation data holds many errors, the main error sources arise from the geodetic Datum variation when user apply the GPS measurements with the map. Geodetic datums define the size and shape of the earth and the origin and orientation of the coordinate systems used to map the earth surface. In this paper, the Datum transformation was evaluated in two mathematical methods to overcome the errors due to the difference between the WGS-84 and our country Datum Clarck-1880. This Study Aimed to Recognize the Self-Efficacy Level Among Musically Talented Students the sample of this study consisted of (85) Musically smart students male and female students in Irbid governorate, of the analytical descriptive method ، and the Self-Efficacy scale were used, and the results indicated the following:
-The Self-Efficacy level among Musically smart students was high.
-There are no statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.05)due to the impact of gender in a the total degree .
-There are no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the impact of stage in a the total degree.

Pollen morphology of 4 species (A. aucheri , A. auriculata, A. caucasica, A. nova) belonging to the genus Arabis L. in Iraq was examined by light microscope and scanning electron microscope to determine the significance of pollen features as a taxonomic characters. The results showed pollen grains of the species were monades, homopolar, tricolpate, and with medium size, but the species varied in shapes (polar and equatorial view), colpus length and width, exine thickness and exine ornamentation. Pollen colors were brown convert to brownish yellow.
