Background: This study designed to shade light on the important role of CBCT in accurate localization of the impacted maxillary canines. Materials and method: Fifty two unilateral and bilateral impacted maxillary canines from 30 patients (24 females and 6 males) were evaluated by a volumetric 3D images obtained from cone beam CT. All samples attended to the specialist health center of dentistry in Al-Sadder City referred to CBCT by oral surgeons or orthodontists to detect the exact position of impacted upper canine in cases when there was no bulging buccally or palatally which aids to detect the exact position. Results: Mesio-palatal angulations had the highest rate (63.5%) followed by mesio-labial (19.2%), vertical (labial) (9.6%), disto-palatal (5.8%) and disto-labial (1.9%). The relation between impacted canine and the adjacent teeth regarding to the attachment was significant only with lateral incisor. No cases of root resorption of the adjacent teeth were recorded. Bilateral impacted teeth were found in 22 patients which is highly significant (especially in females), while unilateral impaction was found only in 8 patients especially in females. Impacted canine was more prominent in female whether unilateral or bilateral. Conclusions: CBCT imaging of impacted canines can show the following: presence or absence of the canine, angulations of the long axis of the tooth, relative labial and palatal positions and proximity to adjacent teeth. In short, CBCT imaging is clearly advantageous in imaging and management of impacted canines.
Extracting, studying and interpreting the morphological database of a basin is a basic building block for building a correct geomorphological understanding of this basin. In this work, Arc GIS 10.8 software and SRTM DEM satellite images were used. The principle of data integration was adopted by extracting the quantitative values of the morphometric characteristics that are affected by the geomorphological condition of the studied basin, then eliciting an optimal conception of the geomorphological condition of the basin from the meanings and connotations of these combined transactions. Hypsometric integration was extracted for each region in the basin separately with the value of integration of the plot curve for the relative heights of

The density of the road network in any space directly affected by the density of population and the type of economic activities and administrative functions performed by the space. On this basis, the subject of this study is reflected in the quantitative analysis of the roads network in the Governorate of Karbala. The study consists the quantitative analysis for the roads network and the Urban Nodes in th

Show MoreThe density-based spatial clustering for applications with noise (DBSCAN) is one of the most popular applications of clustering in data mining, and it is used to identify useful patterns and interesting distributions in the underlying data. Aggregation methods for classifying nonlinear aggregated data. In particular, DNA methylations, gene expression. That show the differentially skewed by distance sites and grouped nonlinearly by cancer daisies and the change Situations for gene excretion on it. Under these conditions, DBSCAN is expected to have a desirable clustering feature i that can be used to show the results of the changes. This research reviews the DBSCAN and compares its performance with other algorithms, such as the tradit

He highlights the analysis of the harmonic construction in the musical compositions of the artist Khalil Ismail, where harmony is a significant Western musical science, a pillar of the structure of instrumental and vocal music.
It depends on the compositions of vertical sounds performed simultaneously, as tones coincide and are sometimes dissonant to give sound resonance that enriches musical work and attracts recipients. Hence, the researcher has many questions, including: Can the composition of the writings of the artist Khalil Ismail determine in an objective research framework? Is there a study on this subject in some detail? whic
Since the time it emerged, stylistics, as a field of knowledge which combines both linguistics and literature, acquired a special status in the linguistic arena. Its significance in complementing the meaning delivered by linguistic means has been proven and acknowledged through numerous stylistic analytic attempts of different literary works and in different languages. The question put forward in this paper is whether or not the stylistic analysis can work as effectively on translated texts as it does on the original ones without having the results reached by the analysis distorting the meaning of the original text. An attempt to investigate this question is made herein by conducting a lexical stylistic analysi

The study of X-ray spectra produced by charge exchange is presented here. The spectrum of a comet can reveal a lot about its composition. This study has concentrated on the elemental abundance in six different comets, including 17P/Holmes, C/1999T1, C/2013A1, 9p/Temple1, and 103p/Hartley2 (NEAT). Numerous aspects of the comet's dynamics allow it to behave in a unique manner as it gets closer to the Near-Asteroid Belt. These characteristics are being examined, and some studies are still ongoing. The computations allow us to observe, for instance, how the composition of
