 Polymer composite materials were prepared by mixing epoxy resin with sand particles in three different grain size (150-300 ), (300-600 ) and (600- 1200) μm . The weight of epoxy was 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% of the total weight. Compression  strength and flexural strength tests were carried out for the prepared samples .The percentages of epoxy resin at 20% wt and 25% wt showed best mechanical properties for all grain sizes .These percentages were adopted to fill the void between particles sand which have two different size ranges (150-600) μm and {(150-300) & (600-1200)} μm respectively to obtain more dense material. This study includes isolation, purification, and identification of algae from different aquatic environments in Baghdad city. Nine unialgal cultures were obtained. These algal cultures included 6 species of blue-green algae (Microcystis aeruginosa, Microcystis flos-aquae, Oscillatoria limnetica, Nostoc carneum, Westillopesis prolifica, Mastigocluds lamiosus), and 3 species of green algae (Mougeotia sclaris, Scenedesmus dimorphus and Chlorella vulgaris). In addition that aerial parts from Convolvulus arvensis were collected. Terpens, alkaloids and phenols were extracted of mentioned plant, and the antialgal activity of extracts types were evaluated in 3 concentrations (5, 10, and 20 mg/ml) by wells and diffused in the agar media. The aim of this paper is to determine the flexural moment capacity of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) two-way slabs based on three models proposed by previous studies (Model 1, Model 2, and Model 3). The results obtained from these models were compared with those obtained from experimental work to check the accuracy and the applicability of the adopted theoretical models. The experimental program included the testing of three simply supported RPC two-way slabs (1000x1000x70) mm each. The tested specimens had identical properties except their steel fibres volume ratios (0.5 %, 1 %, and 1.5 %).  The performance of the Indian wheat varieties (PBW34, PBW343 and WH542) was compared with the local varieties (Tamose – 2 and Abu Ghareeb).      The experiment was conducted during two seasons first 2000-2001 and second 2001-2002 at AL- Twaitha experimental station , middle of Iraq.         The results showed that (Tamose – 2) exceeded the other varieties in plant height and heading date in the two seasons, while WH542 gave the lowest plant height.  PBW34 variety showed a significant increase in 1000 grain weight followed by PBW343 in the second season. Moreover, PBW34 and PBW343 gave the highest average of 50 spike weight in the second season.&nbsp
