The executive authority differs from one country to another, as it differs from a federal state to another according to the nature of the applied political systems, so this research focused on federal states according to their political systems, then going into the details of the executive authority and its role In the federal states by referring to the four federal experiments

The azo dye (LH) was used to synthesize a series of complexes with Fe(III), Co(II), Ru(III), and Rh(III) metal ions. The ligand (LH) was synthesized by the condensation reaction between tryptamine and 2-hydroxyquinoline. Due to the presence of effective donor atoms (-N=N- azo and OH hydroxyl groups), the ligand was subsequently refluxed with various metal ions, leading to the formation of nonelectrolytic [M:L] (1:2). These compounds were characterized using 1H and 13C-NMR, FT-IR, UV–Vis, mass spectrometry, TGA, DSC, and C.H.N. analysis, along with conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, and metal and chlorine content measurements. The results indicated that the ligand acts as a bidentate, with the complexes adopting an octahedral geometry.

Soil samples are taken in different period of time (0, 3, 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 days after cultivation to determine (NaHCO3-Exteractable P at 3 different depths (0-10, 10-20, and 20-30 cm). Rapid, reproducible and accurate method has been developed for the assay for of mebendazol (MBZ) residual assay. The method is based on alkaline hydrolysis of MBZ with sodium hydroxide then oxidation with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) followed by coupling with 4-Bromoaniline (4-BA) to yield a highly colored product absorbed at maximum 434 nm. Regression analysis of linearity range was found (0.6-2.8) µg.ml-1.  The optimum conditions that affect the oxidation were studied. The developed method was found to be precise with mean value of relative standard deviation (1.153- 1.303) and accurate with relative error (-0.5940-1.7821) .The calculated molar absorptivity and sandal sensitivity values of (29825 L.mol-1.cm-1), 0.0099 µg.cm-2 respe
