An eco-epidemic model is proposed in this paper. It is assumed that there is a stage structure in prey and disease in predator. Existence, uniqueness and bounded-ness of the solution for the system are studied. The existence of each possible steady state points is discussed. The local condition for stability near each steady state point is investigated. Finally, global dynamics of the proposed model is studied numerically.

The aim of this study to conduct the effects of fimbrial and lipopolysacchride (LPS) immunization is on the pathohistological changes in rabbits, Fifteen rabbits of both sexes (Weight 1500-2000 gm) divided into three groups (5 animals of each group). The result of the measurements reveals the high concentrations of sodium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Furthermore, low concentrations of aluminum, silicon, iron, bromine, molybdenum, iodine, barium, titanium, manganese, cobalt, chrome, nickel, copper, zinc and lead were detected. The Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) has been used for the separation of Poly aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) by using column Reprosil 100 C 18 which was found to be a suitable one for this purpose. The result showed that using mobile phase of (Acetonitrile-water) Reversed Phase HPLC , flow rate of (1.2 ml/min) , column temperature (30CËš) and wave length of (254nm), give a complete separation with a good resolution . The total separation time was less than 20 min.    In the present work, radium (²²⁶Ra), thorium (²³²Th), potassium (⁴⁰ K), and cesium (¹³⁷Cs) (Bq/kg) was measured for 24 soil samples of some districts of Al-Doura city in Baghdad governorate. The gamma spectrometry method with NaI (Tl) detector was used for radiometric measurements. The average values of specific activity for   ²²⁶Ra, ²³²Th, ⁴⁰K and ¹³⁷Cs in soil samples were 38.03, 42.48, 16.34 and 2.76 Bq/kg, respectively.
