Background : In order for a tooth to erupt, two obvious requirements are needed. First, there has to be alveolar bone resorption of the bone overlying the crown of the tooth such that an eruption pathway is formed. Second, resorption of bony crypt and apposition of new one, third, there has to be a biological process that will result in the tooth moving through this eruption pathway. The amniotic sac contains a considerable quantity of stem cells. These amniotic stem cells are multipotent and able to differentiate into various tissues, which may be useful for human application. Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand (RANKL) is concentrated on bone biology, more specifically bone metabolism. RANKL plays a vital role in osteoclastogenesis for bone resorption. This study aimed to evaluate the expression of RANKL marker by dental cells during eruption of the teeth. Materials and Methods: : forty eight albino Swiss mice of one day old age injected with isolated amniotic stem cells in the anterior region of maxilla (incisors area) other 16 mice injected with saline represents control. Sacrifice 4 mice for each period (4, 7, 10, and 13) day old age. The result were studied histologically and immunohistochemistry. Results: The present results localized and identified RANKL marker in 3 areas of developing tooth of the studied groups includes overlying, surrounding and apical bone. Positive RANKL with high significant value expressed by osteoclast of overlying bone in Amnion group followed by Control at day 4. In surrounding bone positive expression of RANKL illustrated to be highest in Control followed by Amniotic fluid at day 10.Apical bone shows positive expression of RANKL in amniotic fluid group and it records to be the highest value in comparison to studied groups at day 10. Conclusion Expression marker RANKL illustrates that amniotic fluid group has a high expression of RANKL in osteoclast surrounding and apical bone areas while control expressed RANKL in osteoclast of overlying bone. The present results opened clinical hopes in dental tissue engineering by application of autologous amniotic fluid and chorion cells.
Background: Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disorder that has an impact on general health, dental health and salivary composition. The mineralization of teeth happens simultaneously with that of the skeleton, but if mineral metabolism is disrupted, tooth failures will resemble those that affect bone tissue. Vitamin D plays a key role in bone and tooth mineralization.
Objective: to evaluate the impact of osteoporosis on teeth decay in relation to salivary vitamin D among menopause in Baghdad city.
Subjects and Methods: This study was cross sectional study. The study group consists of

A total of 120 fresh table eggs (White shell eggs) were collected from 20000 Luhman layer hens flock at Al-Amir project commercial farm, Al-Musaib city. These eggs were divided into 4 treatment of microwave pasteurization treatments which were Zero, 10, 20, and 30 sec. Results revealed that significant differences (P<0.05) for the internal characteristics of the egg after storage for 2, 4

The shrine of the AL- Kadhimin is made up of four minarets with two domes set in a large courtyard. The four minarets have skewed to varying degrees due to uncontrolled dewatering inside the shrine in recent years. However, the northeast minaret was the most inclined due to its proximity to the well placed inside shrine courtyard. When the well near the minaret is operated, the water level drops, increasing the effective stresses of the soil and causing differential settling of the minaret foundation. To maintain the minaret's foundation from potenti

Each phase of wound healing requires different management strategies, and inappropriate treatment can delay wound healing. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of topical application of calmodulin as a significant augmentation of the granulation tissue production process of wound healing and to express of genes CaMKK2, MaP2K6 and CXCR4 at site of wound defect, that have versatile effects on the body and they belong to Ca/camodulin related genes. TheNative Americans and North New Mexico used a tea from the leaves and roots to treat asthma, headache, wound healing. As well as it was being consumed as daily dietary. All part of Y. gloriosa L. is rich in saponinsteroidal glycosides. Saponin extracts are well-known to be highly toxic. Hence, present study was carriedout to investigate the toxicity of saponin and estimate the LD50 value which helps in determining the safedose range for the drug that be used, as well as to determine hematological aspects and examine histologicaleffect.
