Background: Separation and deboning of artificial teeth from denture bases present a major clinical and labortory problem which affect both the patient and the dentist. The optimal bond strength of artificial teeth with denture base reinforced with nanofillers and flexible denture bases and the effect of thermo cycling should be evaluated. This study was conducted to evaluate and compare the shear bond strength of artificial teeth (acrylic and porcelain) with denture bases reinforced by 5% Zirconium oxide nanofillers and flexible bases under the effect of different surface treatments and thermo cycling and comparing the results with conventional water bath cured denture bases. Material and methods: Two types of artificial teeth; acrylic and porcelain were used and prepared for this study. Five specimens of each tooth type were processed to each denture base materials after the application of different surface treatments; these teeth were bonded to heat polymerized, nano composite resin and flexible denture bases. Specimens were thermo cycled and tested for bond strength until fracture with an Instron universal testing machine. Data were analyzed with analysis of variance and student T-test. Photomicrographic examinations were used to identify adhesive and cohesive failures within debonded specimens. Results: The mean force required to fracture the specimens were obviously larger for nanocomposite specimens compared with the heat cured and flexible specimens. The most common failure was cohesive within the tooth or the denture base. With each base material, the artificial teeth which were treated with thinner exhibited highest shear bond strength. Thermocycling had deleterious effect on the flexible denture base specimens. In general, nanocomposite and heat cured groups failed cohesively within the artificial tooth. While the valplastic groups failed adhesively at the tooth denture base interface. Conclusions: Within the limitations of this study, the type of denture base materials and surface treatments of the tooth selected for use may influence the shear bond strength of the tooth to the base. Selection of more compatible combinations of base and artificial teeth may reduce the number of prosthesis fractures and resultant repairs. Artificial Intelligence Algorithms have been used in recent years in many scientific fields. We suggest employing artificial TABU algorithm to find the best estimate of the semi-parametric regression function with measurement errors in the explanatory variables and the dependent variable, where measurement errors appear frequently in fields such as sport, chemistry, biological sciences, medicine, and epidemiological studies, rather than an exact measurement.

The importance of the research lies in developing flexibility exercises (positive and negative) that help improve the level of physical and skill performance, address some weak points, and develop factors that work to implement skills with a wider range of motion, accuracy, and high strength. This is what makes the game of badminton more developed and successful. Performing (dimensions) strokes And the forward projection) by not using the wrist and the correct movement of the striking arm. This makes the player’s performance ineffective, which requires her to practice flexibility and movement flow to address this weakness. The study aims to prepare exercises using flexibility (positive and negative) and to know the e

Sorghum cultivars (Bohuth70, Inqath and Rabeh), seed soaking in dry yeast extract (3, 6 and 9 g l-1) in addition to dry seeds and electrical conductivity (4, 10 and 16 dS m-1) were studied. Traits of germination ratio at first and final counts, lengths of radicle and plumule, seedling dry weight and seedling vigour index were studied. The cultivar of Bohuth70 and concentration of yeast extract (9 g l-1) were superior at all studied traits, while all traits values were reduced with increased saline stress. The combination (Bohuth70×9×4) was superior to most other treatments at first and final counts, radicle length and seedling dry weight, while superiority of plumule length a

The effectiveness of existing chemotherapy for leishmaniasis is constrained by its high toxicity, cost, and the development of drug resistance. The current research examined various concentrations (ranging from 125 to 1000 μM) of lupeol to evaluate its ability to boost the generation of nitric oxide, which has anti-leishmanial properties, in an ex-vivo macrophage model. Griess assay was used to detect the nitric oxide (NO) production in Leishmania donovani infected U937 cell-line macrophages along 24 and 48 hours post treated. The nitric oxide concentration was signifi

The AuNPs and AgNPs were manufactured by extract of onion peels as a reducing agent. The AuNPs and AgNPs that have been synthesized were characterized through UV-vis spectroscopy, XRD analyses and SEM microscopy. The polymer blends of the chitosan / PEG has been prepared by using the approach of solution casting. Chitosan Schiff base / PEG Au and Ag nanocomposites were synthesized, nanocomposites and polymer blends have been characterized by FTIR which confirm the formation of Schiff base by revealing a new band of absorption at 1693 cm-1 as a result of the (C=N) imine group. The strain energy stored in a plate element due to bending, mid-plane thermal force and thermal bending was obtained. Three types of thermal distribution have been considered these are: uniform temperature, linear distribution and non-linear thermal distribution across thickness. It is observed that the buckling strength enhanced considerably by additional clamping of edges. Also, the thermal buckling temperatures and
