Background: Nanotechnology represents a new science that promises to provide a broad range of uses and improved technologies for biological and biomedical applications. One of the reasons behind the intense interest is that nanotechnology permits synthesis of materials that have structure is less than 100 nanometers. The present work revealed the effect of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) on Streptococcus mutans of Human Saliva in comparison to de-ionized water. Materials and methods: Streptococcus mutans were isolated from saliva of forty eight volunteers of both sexes their age range between 18-22 years and then purified and diagnosed according to morphological characteristic and biochemical tests. Different concentrations of ZnO NPs were prepared from the stock solution; all the experiments were conducted in vitro. Disk diffusion method was used to study the sensitivity of Streptococcus mutans to different concentrations of zinc oxide nanoparticles in comparison to effect of de-ionized water. Results: Streptococcus mutans were sensitive to concentrations (0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 3 and 5.8) mg / ml of the zinc oxide nanoparticles solution in comparison to de-ionized water, revealing a highly significant difference in all concentrations except for concentration (0.01) mg / ml which was showed no significant difference in comparison to de-ionized water. Conclusion: This study revealed that zinc oxide nanoparticles were effective against Streptococcus mutans.
Abstract:
In its theoretical farm, the research adobet the subject of human resource management strategies and the cognitive skills. It comes as result of the rapid development which considers it human resource. as main axis in organization , the research in includes ,connective analysis , between human resource management strategies and cognitive skills which is considers one of the new concept that should be studied widly so that the organization can be able recognize it as concept and type and its importance for people in the organization. The study method was descriptive and analytics , it identified collation of hypothesis which were by statist too

Show MoreThis research aims at highlighting the strategic role of human resource development in developing competitive advantage in light of the great challenges and rapid changes witnessed in recent years in the business world. The human element is the main engine of the organization's resources, especially when it possesses the skill quality and cognitive abilities commensurate with the nature of work. Therefore, this research focuses on the importance of human resources development strategy in contemporary organizations and reviews the summary of literature and theoretical foundations related to human resources development, as well as various philosophical concepts related to the competitive advantage and to indicate the important role

The research problem is that the health sector is less concerned with environmental aspects, specifically green human resource management practices, Which are reflected on sustainable development with their economic, environmental and social dimensions as well as reducing costs, waste minimization and recycling, And the research started from two main hypotheses to explore the correlation and influence between the variables of the research by analyzing the answers of the research sample, which included (136) employees of the Al-Imamein Al-kadhemein medical city, Data and information were collected using quest

The laws of the three religions tend to extend the rules and foundations of coexistence, and this is achieved in achieving the values and principles that these laws have nourished in all societies.
Our research deals with a major problem that has broken out in our societies, namely (disturbing the balance of values and behavioral standard between people), and perhaps one of the greatest causes of the problem is to move away from the correct divine discourse and sound approach, as well as corruption of common sense and the violation of its rules and found principles in the hearts of people.

Design: In this study the roots of extracted permanent premolar teeth were used and evaluated by using Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM). Materials and Method: 72 human single tooth of permanent premolar (8 for each group) were used in this in vitro study. Roots after sectioning at cervical area to get 15 mm were embedded in a plastic container filled with impression silicon, then instrumented with ProTaper rotary instruments till size F4. Each group (8 root) were irrigated with one of the nine solutions used in study: three concentrations of NaOH [5% (A1), 2.5%(A2), 0.5%(A3)], th
