Background: The present study aimed to assess the distribution, prevalence, severity of malocclusion in Baghdad governorate in relation to gender and residency Materials and Methods: A multi-stage stratified sampling technique was used in this investigation to make the sample a representative of target population. The sample consisted of 2700 (1349 males and 1351 females) intermediate school students aged 13 years representing 3% of the total target population. A questionnaire was used to determine the perception of occlusion and orthodontic treatment demand of the students and the assessment procedures for occlusal features by direct intraoral measurement using veriner and an instrument to measure the rotated and displaced teeth. Results and conclusions: The presence of malaligned teeth was reported by 39% of the sample. The most prevalent reported types of malaligned teeth were spaced teeth (26.6%); Of the students who stated that they have malaligned teeth, 70.3% thought that it affected their appearance, 17.8% affected chewing, and 7.8% affected speech; The most common reasons for not seeking orthodontic treatment were the thought that treatment is not important or not possible (25.8%) and fear of pain (48.8%).One or more missing teeth due to extraction or trauma were found in 4.9% of the sample, the most common extracted tooth was the mandibular first molar. Crowding was more concentrated in the lower anterior segment while the spacing cases were higher and more concentrated in the upper anterior segment. A maxillary central diastema was found in 18.1 % of the sample with a mean of 0.306 mm. Anterior irregularities were found in (18.36 %maxillary and 26.84% mandibular),mean overjet 3.310 mm, mean overbite was 2.99 mm, Class I Angle class was found in 78.29%, class II in 19.5% and class III in 2.3%. Posterior crossbite found in 5.6%, anterior openbite (1.7%) and midline shift (54.34 %).Normal lip form was found in 86.6%, soft tissue impingement in 3.3%.The treatment need according to DAI show that 72.3% of the sample were found to have no or slight treatment need, 15.9% with treatment elective, 7.3% with treatment highly desirable, and 4.5% with treatment mandatory. Also increase the need and decrease demand for orthodontic treatment among adolescents in the Baghdad commune. This data will be useful for public oral health service and emphasize the need for orthodontic treatment among Baghdadi adolescents.
Genetic algorithms (GA) are a helpful instrument for planning and controlling the activities of a project. It is based on the technique of survival of the fittest and natural selection. GA has been used in different sectors of construction and building however that is rarely documented. This research aimed to examine the utilisation of genetic algorithms in construction project management. For this purpose, the research focused on the benefits and challenges of genetic algorithms, and the extent to which genetic algorithms is utilised in construction project management. Results showed that GA provides an ability of generating near optimal solutions which can be adopted to reduce complexity in project management and resolve difficult problem

Dexamethasone, according to the findings of the RECOVERY clinical trial, declared mid-June 2020 in print media was one of those therapies. Although the results from retrospective studies are not strongly supportive of corticosteroid routine use in COVID-19 despite the signals for some benefits, the dedicated RECOVERY trial found a significant reduction in death with dexamethasone only in severe cases on a ventilator or moderate cases on supplemental oxygen therapy nevertheless, no benefit observed in mild to moderate cases requiring no oxygen. It satisfies the need for high-volume customers, flexible computing capabilities for a range of applications like as database archiving and business analytics, and the requirement for extra computer resources to provide a financial value for cloud providers. The purpose of this investigation is to assess the viability of doing data audits remotely inside a cloud computing setting. There includes discussion of the theory behind cloud computing and distributed storage systems, as well as the method of remote data auditing. In this research, it is mentioned to safeguard the data that is outsourced and stored in cloud serv

The goal of this work is to evaluate the optimal combination of cutting parameters like feed, spindle speed, inclination angle and workpiece material to have a best surface quality Taguchi technique L9 mixed orthogonal array, has been adopted to optimize the roughness of surface. Three rods of length around (200 mm) for the three metals are used for this work. Each rod is divided into three parts with 50 mm length. For brass the optimum parametric mix for minimum Ra is A1, B1 and C3, i.e., at tool inclination angle (5), feedrate of 0.01, spindle speed of 120

The concern of this study is to discuss how postcolonial writers are continually re-writing the Western canonical works as a reaction to the European cultural hegemony. The Western representations of the black are products of specific moments and developments in history and culture. A Tempest reflects a certain historical moment in the decolonization process.
A Tempest is analysed to reveal the counter literary strategy used by Aimé Cesaire, and to disclose the reasons why re-writing and writing back are considered as vital and inescapable tasks. Shakespeare’s The Tempest, which deals with the

Risks could appear at one or more of the construction project stages and may affect the achievement of project objectives. Therefore, one of the key elements in the planning phase of any project is the risk management process (RMP). This study attempts to understand the terminology of risk in general, risk management, and response to risk in particular. This study is mainly a review of thirty-eight studies that have been published between 1997 and 2020 that demonstrate the importance of the crucial phase of risk response from the risk management process and its impact on

Existing diagnostic paradigms largely rely on bone scanning and bone mineral density evaluation which are hindered by the delayed prediction of fractures, especially in high-risk groups. This review assesses existing and novel Osteoporosis biomarkers, their mechanisms, clinical efficacy, drawbacks, and discusses the best biomarkers in Osteoporosis risk stratification and management, to convert them into better patient care. An online search was conducted, including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Google Scholar up to June 2026. Passed studies were reviewed critically and organized biomarkers into five different panels: traditional and bone turnover

Based on three theories of learning, which are structural, behavioral, and meaningful learning. The research aimed to identify the effect of using the Daniel model for people with two types of brain control (left and right) to learn the skill of the Cartwheel in artistic gymnastics for students of the second stage.
