This study tackles a fourth-order inverse problem involving a cantilever beam with nonlocal conditions to simultaneously calculate the beam’s displacement and an unknown time-dependent coefficient. A finite difference approach is suggested to discretize the hyperbolic fourth-order equation. A stability analysis for the proposed scheme is also provided. The indirect problem is the minimization of the misfit function. The Web Design Quality Index, known as WDQI, was applied to assess the quality of websites for six Iraqi universities, namely Basra University, Mosul, Muthanna, Samarra, Dijla University College, and Al-Isra University College. The results of the index showed that the universities of Basra and Dijla University College had the highest value, at 71.07 and 70.39, respectively. Its final evaluation metric was that the website of these two universities needed a slight improvement. As for the rest of the other universities, the final values of the index ranged from 64.72-69.71. This study evaluated biological pollution in the Tigris River within Baghdad City during 2024 using bacterial indicators and selected physicochemical parameters. Two sampling stations were selected near the Sharq Dijla and Al-Karama drinking-water purification plants. Fifty samples from each station were collected monthly from January to December 2024 and analyzed for turbidity, total coliforms, fecal coliforms, E. coli, and total viable bacterial counts using conventional culture and dilution-based plate-count methods.
