The purpose of this research is to suggest a model which may be used by law enforcement to broaden individual and organizational creativity while providing a more inclusive, holistic view of management within our internal and external organizational structures. This project introduces alternatives to traditional management, leadership styles and problem solving strategies. Law enforcement organizations in the 21st century will face many challenges. Maxillofacial trauma in females is not widely reported. This study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics and the patterns of maxillofacial injuries in females and to determine the differences in these patterns among different causes. This retrospective study analyzed several variables, including demographic, social, injury-related, and treatment-related variables, and compared these variables in relation to the main etiologies of maxillofacial trauma. A reliable and environmental analytical method was developed for the direct determination of tetracycline using flow injection analysis (FIA) and batch procedures with spectrophotometric detection. The developed method is based on the reaction between a chromogenic reagent (vanadium (III) solution) and tetracycline at room temperature and in a neutral medium, resulting in the formation of an intense brown product that shows maximum absorption at 395 nm.
