This study aimed to explore and separate the phytochemicals of the whole plant Conyza canadensis, a naturally growing plant in Iraq, since no phytochemical research was done previously in Iraq. The whole plant of C. canadensis was defatted by maceration in hexane for 24 hours. The defatted plant materials were extracted using Soxhlet apparatus, the aqueous ethanol 85% as a solvent extraction for 9 hours, and fractionated by petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. Here, we summarize observational results from different groups to conclude that none of the characteristics that are typically used to define the NLSy1s as a distinct group – from the, nowadays called, Broad Line Seyfert 1s (BLSy1s) – is unique, nor ubiquitous of these particular sources, but shared by the whole Type 1 AGN. Two consecutive compact photodetector’s devices operating according to light-emitting diodes-solar cells concept where the LEDs acting as a light source and solar cells for measuring the attenuated light of the incident light at 180˚ have been developed. In this research paper, a new model is based on Extreme Machine learning (EML) is used. The proposed model consists of many phases including: preprocessing, feature extraction, Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) and ELM. The basic idea of the proposed model is built upon the calculation of feature weights by using MLR. These feature weights with the extracted features introduced as an input to the ELM that produced weighted Extreme Learning Machine (WELM). The results showed   a great competence of the proposed WELM compared to the ELM.
