In this research velocity of moving airplane from its recorded digital sound is introduced. The data of sound file is sliced into several frames using overlapping partitions. Then the array of each frame is transformed from time domain to frequency domain using Fourier Transform (FT). To determine the characteristic frequency of the sound, a moving window mechanics is used, the size of that window is made linearly proportional with the value of the tracked frequency.      The Harmonic Oscillator (HO) and Gaussian (GS) wave functions within the Binary Cluster Model (BCM) were employed to investigate neutron, proton and matter densities of the ground state as well as the elastic proton form factors of one neutron ⁸Li and ²²N halo nuclei. The long tail is a property that is clearly shown in the neutron density. The existence of a long tail in the neutron densities of ⁸Li and ²²N indicates that these nuclei have a neutron halo structure. Moreover, the matter rms radii and the reaction cross section  of these nuclei were calculated using the Glauber model.

         The issue of penalized regression model has received considerable critical attention to variable selection. It plays an essential role in dealing with high dimensional data. Arctangent denoted by the Atan penalty has been used in both estimation and variable selection as an efficient method recently. However, the Atan penalty is very sensitive to outliers in response to variables or heavy-tailed error distribution. While the least absolute deviation is a good method to get robustness in regression estimation. The specific objective of this research is to propose a robust Atan estimator from combining these two ideas at once.
