The study highlights the rivalry of foreign interests in Iraq, especially after the establishment of the monarchy in 1921. Urban growth of cities is connected with three related problems, the first one, is the deterioration of the center, which is a mark for historical origin. Video represented by a large number of frames synchronized with audio making video saving requires more storage, it's delivery slower, and computation cost expensive. Video summarization provides entire video information in minimum amount of time. This paper proposes static and dynamic video summarization
methods. The proposed static video summarization method includes several steps which are extracting frames from video, keyframes selection, feature extraction and description, and matching feature descriptor with bag of visual words, and finally save frames when features matched. Three Seismic Attributes are used to enhance or delineate geologic feature that cannot be detected within seismic resolution limit. These are Instantaneous Amplitude, Instantaneous Phase and Instantaneous Frequency Attributes. These are applied along two defined picked surface horizons within 3D seismic data for an area in southern Iraq. Two geologic features are deduced, the first represents complex channel system at the top of Saadi Formation and the second represents submarine fan within Mishrif Formation. The semblances of these ancient geological features are dramatically enhanced by using flattening technique.

Industrial development has recently increased, including that of plastic industries. Since plastic has a very long analytical life, it will cause environmental pollution, so studies have resorted to reusing recycled waste plastic (sustainable plastic) to produce environmentally friendly concrete (green concrete). In this research, producing environmentally friendly load-bearing concrete masonry units (blocks) was considered where five concrete mixtures were compressed at the blocks producing machine.
