The aim of this thesis is to introduce a new concept of fibrewise topological spaces which is said to be fibrewise slightly topological spaces. We generalize some of the main results that have been reached from fibrewise topology into fibrewise slightly topological space. We introduce the concepts of fibrewise slightly closed, fibrewise slightly open, fibrewise locally sliceable, and fibrewise locally sectionable slightly topological spaces. Also, state and prove several propositions related to these concepts. On the other hand, extend separation axioms of ordinary topology into fibrewise setting. The separation axioms are said to be fibrewise slightly T_0 spaces, fibrewise slightly T_1 spaces, fibrewise slightly R_0 spaces, fibrewise slightly T_2 spaces, fibrewise slightly functionally Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise slightly regular spaces, fibrewise slightly completely regular spaces, fibrewise slightly normal spaces, and fibrewise slightly functionally normal spaces have been extend. In addition, we introduce many propositions related to these concepts. Furthermore, and show the notions of fibrewise slightly compact and connected fibrewise slightly topological spaces. Finally, the concepts are studied slightly convergent, slightly directed toward in fibrewise slightly, as well fibrewise slightly perfect topological spaces, fibrewise slightly weakly closed topological spaces, fibrewise slightly almost perfect topological spaces, and fibrewise slightly* topological spaces. Also, study several theorems and characterizations concerning these concepts.

Differences in transversal sections and activities of geomorphological operations led to forming geomorphological shapes as river turns and river isles in watercourse in the area of study. The study showed three river turns that are Sindia turn with length 4723m, turn wave 3599 average width 267.6, Zanbour turn length 11374m, turn wave 7110 average width 307.5m,and Dojama turn with length 5876m, turn wave 4982m average width 313.4m. This difference is caused by the activity of erosion and sedimentation that led to the appearance of the length rivers turn.

Citrus fruit contain variety of flavonoids such as Hesperidin (the principal flavonoid in oranges and grapefruit). Hesperidin is found in high concentration in fruit peel of oranges and in substantially lower concentration in juice of these fruits. Hesperidin was extracted from oranges peel by treating the peels with calcium hydroxide. HPLC technique was used to determine hesperidin. Hesperidin was saperated and purified in a purity of about 90.1-95.7% and yield about 1.5 %w/w from oranges peel dry powder. In vitro tests have been carried out to find out the efficacy of watery extracts of garlic Allium sativum and hot pepper Capsicum spp. against the trophozoites of Entamoeba histolytica cultivated in liver infusion agar media at 37 c . Deep beams are used in wide construction fields such as water tanks, foundations, and girders in multi-story buildings to provide certain areas free of columns. In practice it is quite often occurring to create web opening in deep beams to supply convenient passage of ventilation ducts, cable channels, gas and water pipes.
