Estimations of specific activity concentrations in eight commercial porcelain tiles made in different countries were performed by the use of HPGe detector. A detailed morphological feature of the stem, leaf, fruit and seed were introduced. Anatomical studies reveal constant taxonomic characteristics such as the obvious cuticle on the epidermis of stems and leaves, developed cortex, pith and vascular tissue in stems.          Fibromyalgia (FM) is a common, debilitating, and chronic pain syndrome. The women are more likely to have more tender points on examination than are their male counterparts. Iraqi study showed that FM occur in 1.5% among adolescents of Iraqi population. In compare to normal healthy women, present study was revealed that Iraqi women with FM have significant elevation of calcium (p = 0.003) with significant reduction of magnesium (p = 0.001), whereas the inorganic phosphorous was not differs (p = 0.31). In conclusion, magnesium and calcium would play a crucial role in etiopathogenesis of fibromyalgia.

The aim of this research is to calculate mass transfer coefficient, k_d, during cathodic protection of low carbon steel in neutral seawater (3.5% W/V NaCl in distilled water with pH = 7). Two types of cathodic protection were used:

First: Sacrificial anode cathodic protection (SACP) were a pipeline of steel carrying seawater  using zinc as a sacrificial anode and with variable temperatures ranged (0 – 45^oC) and volumetric flow rate ranged (5 – 900 lit/hr). It was found that the k_d increases with increasing temperature and volumetric flow rate of seawater, where k_d ranged (0.24×10^-6 – 41.6×10^-6 m/s).
