Background: To evaluate the ISO depth of cure of bulkfill composites and depth of cure which determined by Vickers microhardness test. Materials and Methods: Bulkfill resin composite specimens (n=150) were prepared of three bulkfill composite materials (TetricEvo Ceram, Quixfil and SDR) and light cured by Flash max p3 for 3, 10, 20 seconds and by wood pecker for 10, 20 seconds respectively, a mold was filled with one of the three bulkfill composites and light cured. The specimens removed from the mold and scraped by plastic spatula and the remaining length (absolute length) was measured which represent the ISO depth of cure. studied using the effect of occupation numbers. Single-particle radial wave functions
of harmonic-oscillators (HO) potential are used. In general, the results of elastic
charge form factors showed good agreement with experimental data. The occupation
numbers are taken to reproduce the quantities mentioned above. The inclusion of
occupation numbers enhances the form factors to become closer to the data. For the

      Using three-point bending experiments,  the effect of the particle size of SiO₂ on the flexural properties of epoxy composites was investigated. Young modulus and flexural strength were studied for different weight percentage of filler  (2,4,6,8 and 10) wt%.The size of SiO₂ particles varied from micro (100um) to nano (12nm) .

Flexural strength and  Young modul were found to increase with the filler content, but when the particle size decreased to the nanoscale, the  Young module  increased. Flexural strength was higher for microcomposites than nanocomposites.

Glucoamylase from black Aspergillus niger isolate was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and sephadex G 200 filtration. A trial for the purification of glucoamylase resulted in an enzyme with a specific activity of 6472 unit/mg protein with 10 times fold. The main goal of the present work was to test this enzyme in hydrolyzing the raw starch. Two substrates were used: corn starch and potato starch 2% (w/v). One hundred and eighty five urine samples were collected eight isolates (4.3%) were obtained and diagnosed as Staphylococcus aureus. Among 8 isolates, 5 (62.5%) S. aureus isolates were found to be enterotoxigenic, most of isolates produced at least two types of Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs). The production of enterotoxins in the presence or absence of Thymol extracts (aqueous and alcoholic) were estimated using a reversed passive latex agglutination (SET-RPLA) kit.
