Background: The outlook for patients with stomach cancer is generally poor, with gastric cancer being the second most common cause of cancer death. Although advances in diagnosis and treatment have led to a drastic decrease in the incidence of gastric cancer in developed countries in the past few decades. Aim: Our current study aims to evaluate the clinical and pathological outcomes associated with the effect of H. pylori on gastritis (gastric cancer) patients. Methods: To evaluate the association between gastritis (gastric cancer) and H. pylori, demographic and diagnostic parameters of 103 patients were recorded during the follow-up period, which ranged from October 2023 to October 2024, In several hospitals in Iraq. Our study detected the degree and severity of H. pylori by polymerase chain reaction. The quality of life of patients was assessed by a general health assessment (SF - 36) questionnaire, and a curve was made to show the survival rate of patients during the follow-up period. Results: Our outcomes found patients with ages above 45 years were the most group participated, with 42.72%, males with 62 cases and females with 41 cases, obesity with 42.72%, smokers with 36.89%, and alcohol consumption with 12.62%. According of gastric cancer, the upper tumor got 40.78%, tumor size had 6.12 ± 1.42, lymph node metastasis of N1 was 32.04%, N3 was 11.65%, and N2 was 18.45%. Clinical of tumor signs were CEA ?6 ?g/L include 86.41%. Conclusion: Based on our outcomes, gastric cancer remains a large global health problem because H. pylori implicates it as a major risk factor for it
Recent studies agree that the democratic system in a country can only be established in an atmosphere of political and religious freedom. However, the term democracy and the term freedom have become controversial because their concepts remain multiple and different. It has defined its function by its ability to restrain the ruling elite and to enforce it to prevent their tendency to tyranny. This can be achieved only in the context of the close relationship between democracy and freedom, so, if there is democracy in the absence of absolute freedom, democracy is a gateway to expandin

The research aims to identify the logical intelligence of distinguished students and to identify the extent of the contribution of the fields of logical intelligence to the sensitivity of students' sensory processing in distinguished schools. The research sample consisted of (400) male and female students selected by the stratified random method with the proportional method. The scale that was prepared according to the theoretical framework and the adopted theory was applied after being subject to the psychometric properties of validity and reliability, Logical thinking (observation, interpretation, mathematical and arithmetic operations) contributed to sensory processing. Such a bond is achieved through the use of an adhesive material (tack coat) to bond the asphalt layers. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of moisture in conjunction with repeated traffic loads on the strength of the bonding between asphalt layers using two types of tack coats with different application rates. Using the nominal maximum size of aggregate (NMAS), the layers were graded (25/19) and (19/9.5) mm. The slabs of multilayer asphalt concrete were prepared using a roller compactor using two types of tack coats to bond between layers, namely rapid curing cut back a
