The research examines the current Iraqi legislation regarding financing of its foreign trade, its mechanism, and the methods used for money transfers. The research aim is to determine the extent to which these legislations comply with the requirements of the international financial system and identify any legislative shortcomings that negatively affect the value of the national currency, facilitate money laundering, and pose risks to the Iraqi economy and the international financial system simultaneously.

Heart failure patients have a higher incidence of renal function test abnormalities than individuals who do not have heart failure disease. Fifty subjects of adults (male) were divided in to two groups, 25 subjects (healthy) as control (group1) and 25 subjects with heart failure (group 2).     This study was designed  to stand  on the most important causes of contamination in sesarean section in women by the aerobic bacteria species the bacteria isolates  were diagnosed in the Maternity and Children  Hospital in the Qadsiya province and in the special clinics. Sixty five persent of women having cesarean operation were contaminated with different bacteria in different ratios.        Inhibitory effect  of  Lactobacillus plantarum was studied against Escherichia coli O157:H7 in  minced  beef , as well as the effect of some Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) was studied against this bacteria .
