    The method employed consists of converting the carboxylic acid function of (R,S) – ibuprofen – glycine to the highly reactive acid chloride and subsequent reaction with the C₂₁ hydroxyl group of prednisolone. This reactive intermediate was found to react as well with the C₁₇ tertiary hydroxyl group of the steroid to form three compounds and eight diastereomers. The present study aimed to investigate the morphological and histological structure of pancreas in the bat,(Pipistrellus kuhlii). Pancreas was represented by compact pancreatic tissue which is divided into three parts : head , body and tail, its color is whit to yellow. The pancreatic tissue is located in the abdominal cavity near to the mass of intestine in the mesenteric network , which is connected with the coiled region of the duodenum in one side and with the extended mesenteries between the dorsal part of stomach and the abdominal part of spleen from the other side. Experimental and numerical studies have been conducted on the effects of bed roughness elements such as cubic and T-section elements that are regularly half-channel arrayed on one side of the river on turbulent flow characteristics and bed erosion downstream of the roughness elements. The experimental study has been done for two types of bed roughness elements (cubic and T-section shape) to study the effect of these elements on the velocity profile downstream the elements with respect to different water flow discharges and water depths. Thin filis have been prepared from the tin disulphide (SnS2 ), the pure and the doped with copper (SnS2:Cu) with a percentages (1,2,3,4)% by using ahemical spray pyrolysis techniqee on substrate of glass heated up to(603K)and sith thicknesses (0.7±0.02)?m ,after that the films were treated thermally with a low pressure (10-3mb) and at a temperature of (473K) for one hour. Background: Salmonella spp. are one of the most frequently reported causes of bacterial foodborne outbreak in the world.
Objective: This study has been conducted to detect salmonella as a major public health problem worldwide.
Methods: A total of 12 samples including 8 white meat (chicken) and 4 red meat (beef) samples were collected randomly from each sample; 25gr was separated and treated with 225ml of buffered peptone water, incubated at 37C°and 42C° for 24 hours. Samples were streaked on selective enteric agar.
Result: Totally 4 out of 8 chicken meat and one out of 4 red meat samples were contaminated with Salmonella spp.
