Undue influence is considered as a vitiating factor or defect in English law. It is a dominating influence, with which the ascending party enjoys, and which enables him to exert an illegitimate pressure on the unduly influenced weaker party, in order to induce, or force him, to conclude a contract and enter into a transaction, against his will. It is also worth-bearing in mind that the doctrine of undue influence is an equitable one, originating from the rules of equity, applied by English courts of equity, and by which these courts set aside unconscionable bargains, in which one party is in a position to exploit the weakness of the other.  It is also worth-mentioning that this doctrine has been included in the English common law. In the present work experiments were conducted to study  the effect of solid loading (1,5 and 9 vol.%) on the enhancement of carbon dioxide absorption in bubble column at various volumetric gas flow rate (0.75, 1 and 1.5 m³/h) and absorbent concentration (caustic soda)( 0.1,0.5 and 1 M  ). This study. was done on three hundred mothers who has a child less than 5 year old in ALNahryn University Teaching Hospital for the period of three months 1-1-2001 to 31-3-2001.
The study showed that 48% were Breast-feeding, 11% Bottlefeeding, & 41% Mixed breast and bottle-feeding. The family plays a major role (97.2%) in deciding the type of feeding
and the doctor role was only 2% in that regard and 21.2% in advice for artificial feeding. The study also showed that there is a decline in breast feeding among -the three generations
