The focus of this research lies in the definition of an important aspect of financial development, which is reflected on the alleviation of poverty in Iraq, namely financial inclusion and then taking the path of achieving a sustainable economy, certainly after reviewing one of the important international experiences in this regard and finally measuring the level of financial inclusion in Iraq and its impact on poverty reduction through the absolute poverty line indicator.

Medical image segmentation is a frequent processing step in image medical understanding and computer aided diagnosis. In this paper, development of range operator in image segmentation is proposed depending on dermatology infection. Three different block sizes have been utilized on the range operator and the developed ones to enhance the behavior of the segmentation process of medical images. To exploit the concept of range filtering, the extraction of the texture content of medical image is proposed. Experiment is conducted on different medical images and textures to prove the efficacy of our proposed filter was good results.

Image registration plays a significant role in the medical image processing field. This paper proposes a development on the accuracy and performance of the Speeded-Up Robust Surf (SURF) algorithm to create Extended Field of View (EFoV) Ultrasound (US) images through applying different matching measures. These measures include Euclidean distance, cityblock distance, variation, and correlation in the matching stage that was built in the SURF algorithm. The researchers have discovered weaknesses in the rotational phase of the 100-meter freestyle event, including a lack of proper movement direction and control of biomechanical variables necessary for swimmers to achieve high rotational accuracy, which leads to outperforming competitors.
