Abstract

The current research aims to identify the most prominent beliefs about coronavirus of Baghdad University students, as well as to identify the prominent beliefs toward coronavirus of male and female students. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire of (15) items was administered to a sample of (600) male and female students collected from ten different colleges at the university of Baghdad. Objective: to assess the incidence of nausea and vomiting after tramadol analgesia, and the effect of prochlorperazine on this incidence.
Patients and methods: I.V tramadol was administered with prochlorperzine (group I) or pyridoxine (group II) to 44 patients with acute sever pain.

Background: Native chest Computed Tomography (CT) is a quick, non-invasive and practical investigation & plays an important role in evaluation of Coronavirus Disease 2019.

Objective: to describe the chest CT findings in patients with confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in sample from Baghdad population.

Patients & methods: Study sample consisted of 55 patients with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 from 1^st March through 15^th April 2020. Native chest CT was performed in radiology departments in Medical City Teaching Complex (MCTH). The chest CT images were reviewed & analyzed.

Education around the world has been negatively affected by the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. Many institutions had to transition to distance learning in compliance with the enforced safety measures. Distance learning might work well for settings with stable internet connections, professional technical teams, and basic implementation of technology in education. In contrast, distance learning faces serious challenges in less fortunate settings with inferior infrastructure. This report aims to shed light on the immediate action steps taken at a leading pharmacy school in Iraq to accommodate for the enforced changes in pharmacy education.
