Conditions and procedures for the establishment of political parties in Iraqi law

The establishment of political parties in Iraqi law is subject to several conditions, including the conditions related to the principles and objectives of the parties and the conditions related to membership in the parties, as well as the establishment of a number of procedures. These conditions and procedures are governed by the Political Parties Law No. (36) of the year 2015, And another represents a restriction on the freedom to establish political parties and graduated from the framework of the organization authorized by the ordinary legislator under the constitutional assignment under the text of Article (39) of the Constitution to restrict and confiscation of the freedom to establish political parties, and we have finished through

Indications of Liver and Kidney Functions in Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetic Patients

This study aimed at the investigation of abnormal liver and renal functions by biochemical manifestations of underlying metabolic abnormalities in relation to hyperglycemia in non-insulin-dependent diabetic patients. The study comprised 118 diabetic patients (56 males, 62 females) and 60 age-matched healthy non-diabetic controls (30 males, 30 females). All subjects were tested for serum levels of liver enzymatic indicators, which include aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP), as well as non enzymatic parameters, including total bilirubin and total proteins. Also, serum levels of renal function markers, including microalbumin, creatinine, urea, and uric acid were measured.

Serum level of adiponectin and leptin in type 2 diabetic Cigarette smokers.

Background: Cigarette smoking is the leading avoidable cause of morbidity and mortality in the general population; however its effects on people with diabetes are even more profound. The adipocytokines  leptin and  adiponectin  play an important role in regulating glycemia, lipidemia, endothelial dysfunction, and proinflammatory mechanisms .

Objective: We aimed to investigate the profile of  adiponectin and leptin in type 2 diabetic smokers and non- smokers.

Patient and Methods: Ninety overweight males attending the Teaching Laboratories, Medical City were enrolled in this study, they were arranged as 30 diabetics non smoker, 30 diabetics smokers and 3

Preparation and characterization of colloidal CdTe nanoparticles by laser ablation in liquids

Nanoparticles generation by laser ablation of a solid target in a liquid environment is an easy method. Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) colloidal nanoparticles have been synthesized by laser ablation Nd:YAG with wavelengths of 1064nm and double frequency at 532 nm, number of pulses 50 pulses, with pulse energy= 620mJ, 700mJ of a solid target CdTe is immersed in double distilled deionized water (DDIW) and in methanol liquid. Influences of the laser energy and different solutions on the formation and optical characterization of the CdTe nanoparticles have been studied using atomic force microscope (AFM) and the UV-Vis absorption. As a results, it leads to the absorbance in UV-Vis spectra of samples prepared in water at laser wavelength of 532nm i

The wisdom of establishing the right by testimony in jurisprudence and law

Abstract

Islam has been concerned with preserving and maintaining rights, so the provisions in which it is preserved are legislated. Among that  is the testimony that made it a way to prove the truth and obliges its bearer to fulfill right in order to preserve the right and establish justice and prevent injustices by defying conflict, and tyranny .

And while acknowledging that divine absolute wisdom that is the cause and origin of legal rulings is sufficient, it is obligatory to abide by its provisions and imposes obedience, surrender, contentment and work in accordance with its controls.

However, the realization of the defects behind the legislation in a comprehensive way that realizes the dev

Gene Expression of pelA and pslA in Pseudomonas Aeruginosa under Gentamicin Stress

Pseudomonas aeruginosa produces an extracellular biofilm matrix that consists of nucleic acids, exopolysaccharides, lipid vesicles, and proteins. Alginate, Psl and Pel are three exopolysaccharides that constitute the main components in biofilm matrix, with many biological functions attributed to them, especially concerning the protection of the bacterial cell from antimicrobial agents and immune responses. A total of 25 gentamicin-resistant P. aeruginosa selected isolates were enrolled in this study. Biofilm development was observed in 96% of the isolates. In addition, the present results clarified the presence of pelA and pslA in all the studied isolates. The expression of

Spectrophotometric determination of Procaine penicillin in pure and pharmaceutical formulations using metol

A simple, accurate and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of Procaine penicillin (PP) is described. The method is based on charge-transfer reaction of PP with metol (N-methyl-p-hydroxy aniline) in the presence of ferric sulphate to form a purple-water soluble complex ,which is stable and has a maximum absorption at 510 nm .A graph of absorbance versus concentration shows that Beer’s low is obeyed over the concentration range of 3-80 µg /ml of PP (i.e.,3-80 ppm) with a molar absorbativity of 4.945 ×103 L.mol-1.cm-1 ,Sandell sensitivity of 0.1190 µg cm-2 ,a relative error of (-1.57)-2.79 % and a standard deviation of less than 0.59 depending on the concentration of PP.The optimum conditions for full co

Effective indicators of healthy cities in facing natural disasters (epidemics and diseases)

The excessive and rapid urban growth witnessed by most cities in the world can be a cause of diseases and epidemics, especially those problems related to population, which include problems of transportation and increase in density in the centers, in addition to the lack of interest in planning and designing those cities to take into account the health aspect of the city and obtain The health well-being of the population, and each of these problems has negative effects on health in general and on human health in particular through its prevalence. Therefore, many concepts that serve as a tool for achieving public health and the physical health of the population have emerged, including the concept of city health, which is defined as cities

Stability and Bifurcation of a Delay Cancer Model in the Polluted Environment

It is well known that the spread of cancer or tumor growth increases in polluted environments. In this paper, the dynamic behavior of the cancer model in the polluted environment is studied taking into consideration the delay in clearance of the environment from their contamination. The set of differential equations that simulates this epidemic model is formulated. The existence, uniqueness, and the bound of the solution are discussed. The local and global stability conditions of disease-free and endemic equilibrium points are investigated. The occurrence of the Hopf bifurcation around the endemic equilibrium point is proved. The stability and direction of the periodic dynamics are studied. Finally, the paper is ended with a numerical simul
