The percent work was designed to determine the effect of ginger plant aqueous extract on function and histological structure of kidney in mice treated with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). Ginger plant caused a protective effect against CCl4 induced kidney damage and improved the kidney weight and biochemical parameters including urea, uric acid and creatinine. The ginger plant has a protective effect against injury in the kidney of mice treated with CCL4, because the ginger plant protects the tissues of kidney from toxic effect of CCL4. This study aims to evaluate the effect of aqueous extract stem of dried  of Senna Alexandrıa using male mıce  once daily at varying doses for 2 and weeks on hematological and histological changer in liver and kidney. In the acute toxicity aqueous extracted of dried stem of Senna Alexandrıa were administrated orally to mice up to 20-25 gr of body weight, in sub-acute study mice was daily administrated orally with same extraction at dose 500,1000,2000 mg/kg for 14 days . Hematological findings have shown in male group increase of RBC, HGB, HCT in increase of PIT   in group treated with 500mg/ kg of body weight.

The aqueous extract of Citrullius colocynthis dried seeds (160 ?g/ml) was in vitro evaluated for its effect on phagocytic index (PI) and lymphocyte transformation index (LTI) of blood cells obtained from 30 apparently healthy blood donors (15 males and 15 females). The PI was further in vivo evaluated in cells of peritone, spleen and liver of mice treated with the extract at a dose of 0.64 mg/kg. The dorsal surface of all regions possesses five types of lingual papillae, two mechanical which are filiform and cylindrical papillae, while the other three types are taste papillae which are foliate, fungiform and circumvallate papillae, while these papillae are absent on its ventral surface. Carbamazepine (CBZ) is one of many anticonvulsants used to treat trigeminal neuralgia and epilepsy. Antiepileptic drugs (AED`s) are the second most important class of medications that lead to hepatotoxicity and induced liver injury, this study was conducted to evaluate the effects of CBZ on the liver. A total of 40 female mice were taken and divided into four groups (A/treated for 14 days, B/ control, C/ treated for 30 days, D/ control), the drug was given as an oral suspension formula 100mg/5ml at dose 20 mg/kg/mouse via gastric gavage daily for 14 and 30 days. Methotrexate (MTX) was used for treatment of malignancies and now is widely used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. In this research the evaluation of the effects of MTX on some liver enzymes and lipid profile was studied. Twenty four adult female mice divided into three groups (8 mice each).
