questionnaire format and observational checklist were used which consist of (2) parts, the first part includes
demographic information of the sample and the second part includes tools which consists of the observation
(7) parts distributed to (64) items. Reliability and validity of questionnaire and observational checklist was
estimated through a pilot study and a panel of expert. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical
measures which included frequencies, percentages, and standard deviation, as well as the use of inferential
statistical measures which include the correlation coefficient and coefficient of probability.
Results: The results revealed the inadequacy of skills of nurses towards unconscious patients' care in the field
of airway care, observation and record level of consciousness, hygiene, stimulate the senses and care of urinary
and digestive tract and the adequacy of skills of nurses in the field of measuring and recording vital signs,

This study aimed to correlate between the flattening of the posterior slope of the articular eminence, with dental status, age, genders, on both sides using computed tomography. Materials and Methods: The sample of the present study was a total of 117 Iraqi subjects, who admitted to the maxillofacial department at Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital in Al-Najaf city. The examination was performed on CT scanner; the eminence inclination was measured in two methods using sagittal section. Results: Clinically, the inclination of articular eminence was higher in edentulous subjects than i

DC-SIGN are important types of C-type lectin receptors (CLRs), expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages, and have a central role in regulating innate and adaptive immunity, function as pattern recognition receptors, and as cell adhesion molecules. Recent evidence has demonstrated that DC-SIGN is involved in the pathophysiological of chronic inflammation, so DC-SIGN has been linked to several autoimmune and may play an essential indicator in the pathogenesis and progression of RA. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the serum level of DC-SIGN in RA patients, as well as the level of DC

Leishmaniasis is caused by certain intracellular Leishmania species and is common in the tropics, where it exhibits a wide range of clinical manifestations. Both cellular and humoral immunological responses play crucial roles in disease progression. This study identified the fundamental role of B lymphocytes during the progression of leishmaniasis in human hosts. A cross-sectional study of patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) and visceral leishmaniasis (VL) from different parts of Iraq was conducted, and their respective serum IgE levels were measured before any treatment was administered.
