Objective: To identify the effectiveness of instruction oriented intervention for primipara women upon episiotomy and self
perineal care.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental study was carried out to determine the effectiveness of instruction-oriented
intervention for primipara women upon episiotomy and self-perineal care. A purposive "non-probability" sample of (60)
primipara mothers was selected from Ibn AL-Balady Pediatric and Maternity Hospital, Al-russafa, Baghdad. The sample
has been divided into two groups; (30) primipara women who were considered as a study group, and another (30) primipara
women who were considered as a control one. The study group was exposed to an instruction-oriented intervention. While,
the control group was not exposed to the intervention. A questionnaire was developed as a tool of data collection for the
purpose of the study. A pilot study was carried out to test the reliability of the questionnaire for the period from March 13th
to March 25th, 2009. Data were analyzed through the application of descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis
approach.
Results: The results have revealed that the study group participants had benefit from the implementation of instructional
intervention and dramatic change had occurred in their episiotomy and self-perineal care knowledge. The study concluded
that the majority of mothers had adequately met their needs of perineal care, cleanliness of the perineum, using ice pack,
taking a soothing bath tube, dry heat, refrain from the marital relationship (coitus), mothers nutrition to prevent
constipation, used bath room, pelvic muscle exercise, follow-up were adequately met.
Recommendations: The study recommended that the oriented instructional intervention can be presented to all pregnant
mothers who are attending the primary health care centers. Moreover, an instructional intervention might be useful if it is
constructed and implemented in the hospital for women with episiotomy.
Psychosocial Alienation is a modern concept that arises from the capitalist and materialistic conceptions of individuals. The evergrowing competitive nature of domestic societies crystallised the concept in its modern form. The intensity of the rapid changes in the urbanised societies prevents the individuals from exploring their inner selves. Thus, a new generation is created with an alienation crisis which is reflected inward towards the self and outwards toward society. Alan Ayckbourn (1939), A British playwright, presents Alienated characters inspired by his life on and off stage. He explores their Alienation and their path toward recovery and self-realization. A Brief History of Women (2017) Ayckbourn explores the depth of the individu

The prolactin hormone played role in the many autoimmune disorders. To determine the importance of high levels of prolactin in triggering rheumatoid arthritis, thirty patient's women with hyperprolactinemia aged (20-45) years old have been investigated and compared with twenty five healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure the concentration of citrulinated peptide(CCP) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA), antikeratin antibodies (AKA)and antinuclear antibodies(ANA) by indirect fluorescent assay IFAT. During the 1970s, communicative view of language teaching began to be incorporated into syllabus design. The central question for the proponents of this view was: what does the learner want/need to do with the target language? This lead to the emergence of a teaching method (or approach) called communicative language teaching (CLT) during the late 1970s and early 1980s focusing on the functions that must be incorporated into a classroom. According to Brown (2001:43) CLT is a unified but broadly based, theoretically well informed set of tenets about the nature of language and of language learning and teaching. Harmer (2001:84) states that the communicative approach is the name which was given to a set of beliefs which included not only a
