In this work, an analytical approximation solution is presented, as well as a comparison of the Variational Iteration Adomian Decomposition Method (VIADM) and the Modified Sumudu Transform Adomian Decomposition Method (M STADM), both of which are capable of solving nonlinear partial differential equations (NPDEs) such as nonhomogeneous Kertewege-de Vries (kdv) problems and the nonlinear Klein-Gordon. This work describes two efficient and useful methods for solving fractional pantograph delay equations (FPDEs) with initial and boundary conditions. These two methods depend mainly on orthogonal polynomials, which are the method of the operational matrix of fractional derivative that depends on Bernstein polynomials and the operational matrix of the fractional derivative with Shifted Legendre polynomials. The aim of the study is to diagnose the real level of technology usage in teaching and learning EFL at university from teachers and students’ viewpoints, and see if it is possible to achieve something of the researchers’ dream - accessing top universities. Two questionnaires have been used to measure the range of technology usage in Colleges of Education for Women, Baghdad and Iraqi Universities, and College of Basic Education. The results have shown that the reality of using technology is still away from the dream.
