Objective: The aim of the study is to assess the personal hygiene of adult patients with
diabetic foot.
Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out in Baghdad teaching hospital, Al-Karama teaching hospital
and Al-Kindey teaching hospital for the period of 10/1/2006 to 1/9/2006. A purposive "non probability" sample
of (100) patient.
Questionnaire was constructed for achieving the purpose of the study. Data were collected through the
application of the questionnaire and interview technique. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistical
approach (frequency & percentage) and inferential statistical approach (chi-square & correlation) by using of
SPSS.
Results: The study results indicated that the range of age was between (56-60) year and most of them was male,
married, read and write and the majority was smoking since (15) year ago and there is effect from personal
hygiene on diabetic foot.
Recommendation: The study recommended that educational programs should be constructed or designed for
personal hygiene of patient newly diagnosed with diabetes, need for specialized nurses in the diabetic center and
quit or reduce smoking.

In this paper, the Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) for Williamson fluid with varying temperature and concentration in an inclined channel with variable viscosity has been examined. The perturbation technique in terms of the Weissenberg number to obtain explicit forms for the velocity field has been used. All the solutions of physical parameters of the Darcy parameter , Reynolds number , Peclet number and Magnetic parameter are discussed under the different values as shown in plots.

This work is concerned with the vibration attenuation of a smart beam interacting with fluid using proportional-derivative PD control and adaptive approximation compensator AAC. The role of the AAC is to improve the PD performance by compensating for unmodelled dynamics using the concept of function approximation technique FAT. The problem of Bi-level programming is to reduce or maximize the function of the target by having another target function within the constraints. This problem has received a great deal of attention in the programming community due to the proliferation of applications and the use of evolutionary algorithms in addressing this kind of problem. Two non-linear bi-level programming methods are used in this paper. The goal is to achieve the optimal solution through the simulation method using the Monte Carlo method using different small and large sample sizes. The research reached the Branch Bound algorithm was preferred in solving the problem of non-linear two-level programming this is because the results were better.
