Purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Advertising Appeals, Attitudes toward Advertising, and Consumer Buying Behavior for Smart Phone The study was carried out on the students of Middle East University (MEU) In Amman- Jordan.  A measurement scales  with acceptable reliability and validity is developed to capture the dimensions of study variables.  Four hypotheses were tested using Statistical package (SPSS-17).  A two-step detailed statistical analysis of data was involved.           Five sites were chosen to the north of Babil Governorate in   order to identify the limnological features and the impact of the Hindiya Dam during 2019. Site2 was located near the dam to reflect the ecological features of this site, whereas other sites, S1 was located at the upstream of the dam as a control site. Moreover, the two other sites S3 and S4 were located down the dam. The results of  the  study  showed  a  close  correlation  between air and water temperature at all sites. This research aimed to definite Blending learning (BL) technique, and to know the impact of its use onacademic achievement in Biology course of second class students in secondary special schools in Omdurman Locality and attitudes towards it, to achieve this; researcher adopted the experimental method.
