Organizations adopt a number of procedures and instructions in their field of activities in order to aid their resources development   and energies to serve their entrepreneurial orientations. This calls for preparing a range of mechanisms to mitigate the strictness and complexity of procedures. The Research aims to understand Student's attitudes towards Academic
Cheating in the Technical College -Baghdad. The study was made on a sample of
(88) students in the fourth (final) year who were randomly selected from the every
scientific department in the college. The researchers prepared academic cheating a
questionnaire. The research results showed that. The results showed that there is a
strong trend among the students to reject the cheating phenomenon. ( 72.72%) of
the specimen groups do not see that there is a justification in cheating, on the other
hand the results determined the means and reasons for the cheating by the students
and the negative outcome of that phenomenon.

The importance of the current research lies in the importance of teaching competencies and the ability of the teacher to deal and success in his educational career. The research aimed to identify the degree of teaching competencies according to Hermann model of physical education teachers in Baghdad governorate. The descriptive method using the survey method was used on a randomly selected sample of 462 teachers and 314 school principals. in infested wheat fields of villages around Erbil, Sulimanya and Dohuk governorates from
April to the end of May 2010, the result showed that a high rat of eggs hatching was 96.3%
within Erbil governorate and its cleared from results that not all laid eggs had been hatched
normally . The percentage ratio of egg parasitism in general was low in most studied villages.
In this study: Trissolcus grandis Thompson, Trissolcus semistriotus Nees., and Telenomus sp.
on sunn pest eggs has been observed. Identification keys supported with figures were
