The strategies of knowledge management have became the basis in the promotion of core competencies. Therefore gained an increasing prominence. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The environmental factors have impact on increasing the proportion of people with respiratory diseases in the province of Najaf, especially industrial pollution and working conditions as well as the economic level.
