Imam Ibn Abi Shaybah counted in his book classified twenty-five and a hundred recent and impact claimed that Abu Hanifa has violated the provisions required by apparent, and these conversations and effects including with regard to worship and transactions, including with regard to personal status, including with regard to borders and felonies, and collected by Sheikh Muhammad Zahid Al-Kothari in his book funny jokes in talking about the responses of Ibn Abu Shaybah on Abu Hanifa, and these issues we will study in our research.

This study aims at defining the concept of the fragile state, a term that came into existence in 2014, when the states that had internal Problems and external interventions were referred to as the failure states. Under aerobic and anaerobic conditions, two laboratory-scale reactors were operated. Each reactor
was packed with 8.5 kg of shredded synthetic solid waste (less than 5 cm) that was prepared according to an
average composition of domestic solid waste in the city of Kirkuk. Using an air compressor, aerobic
conditions were created in the aerobic reactor. This study shows that the aerobic reactor was more efficient in
COD and BOD5 removal which were 97.88% and 91.25% while in case of anaerobic reactor, they were
66.53%and 19.11%, respectively.
